THE MORIBUND CAREER OF ONE MORE ANTI-CONSTITUTIONAL BLACK RACIST OR NGUNI TRIBALIST POLITICAL PARTY INCUMBENT IN SOUTH AFRICA

He, on Robben Island Prison, learnt his politics at the knee of Nelson Mandela who is a great man without of course any shortage of his own blemishes, chief of which being his creation of a brand of tribalism for the anti-tribal ANC as well as the Nation South Africa.

The on-line gargantuan  and very live encyclopedia, Wikipedia, sports as of today (30 November 2012) the following story which some South African politicians heading for Mangaung’s Elective Conference come December 2012 should heed, if indeed they are intent on erecting for our dearest ANC a leadership led by the brain and not the penis or the pennies of the rampant bribes going on in South Africa’s Zuma today.

1.      Somewhere in the jungles of South Africa, a multinational military unit, Special Force Unit, ambushes a convoy and kidnaps several scientists working on a highly-volatile compound extracted from a recently discovered meteorite. Among the operatives is a Hong Kong national identified as "Jackie Chan". Morgan (Ron Smerczak) of the CIA is sent to South Africa to investigate the incident, not knowing that Morgan and newly-retired Lieutenant General Sherman (Ed Nelson) orchestrated the abduction for their personal profit. At the same time, the CIA assigns another operative in South Africa for a more covert operation.Chan wakes up in a tribal village somewhere in the African veldt, still recovering from injuries sustained in an accident he cannot remember; due to this, when asked for his name by the natives, he responds by asking himself, "Who Am I?", and is referred to as that by the natives. The tribesmen show him the remains of a crashed helicopter and graves of those who perished aboard. He spends weeks recuperating from his wounds and learning about the tribe's culture. After spotting rally cars from several miles away, "Who Am I?" bids the village farewell and ventures on a journey back to civilization. He befriends Japanese rally navigator Yuki (Mirai Yamamoto) after saving her brother from a snake bite and offering to help them finish the race.

When they reach Johannesburg, "Who Am I?" meets Christine Stark (Michelle Ferre), a journalist sent to interview him about his rally adventure. However, Morgan hears of "Who Am I?" and sends hitmen to kill him. Morgan also pretends to be his ally, telling him to contact him if he is in danger. After escaping from the hitmen, Christine cracks a secret code written on a matchbook found on one of the dead operatives, which leads them to Rotterdam, Netherlands. "Who Am I?" and Christine bid Yuki farewell and head for Rotterdam to find more answers to his identity.

2.      In Rotterdam, "Who Am I?" discovers that Christine is actually an undercover CIA agent. Not knowing whom to trust, he sneaks into the Willemswerf alone, where he discovers the masterminds behind the kidnapping of the scientists. It is revealed that Morgan and Lieutenant General Sherman are about to sell the extraterrestrial compound to a powerful arms dealer. While waiting for the online transaction to finish, the three men leave the conference room for a coffee break — giving "Who Am I?" time to sneak in and steal the disc containing the compound information. He also cancels the transaction and sends the money to a children's organization, infuriating the arms dealer. After escaping from the building, "Who Am I?" regroups with Christine, who calls for the execution of a "Plan B", to surround the Erasmus Bridge and corner Morgan. After Christine takes Morgan into custody, "Who Am I?" throws the disc off the bridge and tells Christine he will return to Africa.

WHO AM I? JACKIE CHAN? OR GEDLEYIHLEKISA CHAN ZUMA JACOB?

He, on Robben Island Prison, learnt his politics at the knee of Nelson Mandela who is a great man without of course any shortage of his own blemishes, chief of which being his creation of a brand of tribalism for the anti-tribal ANC as well as the Nation South Africa.

Of course the other political sin by aging Nelson Mandela was the objectification of women as his pleasure-dome, what with all the wild oats Mandela sowed...

...BOTH OF WHICH SERIOUS AND UNETHICAL MANDELASQUE SHORTCOMINGS (ON THAT NOTORIOUS ISLAND PRISON SOME 50 YEARS AGO) OUR UNEDUCATED AND POLITICALLY-SHALLOW MR JACOB ZUMA WITHOUT  ONE SINGLE SCRUPLE IMBIBED FROM NELSON MANDELA!

Now we are talking Year 2012 end-November and some three weeks before our 100-Year Old African National Congress -(ANC) and South Africa’s ruling party goes to elect its new president and ipso-facto State President and GUESS WHAT..?

...Student of Nelson Mandela Jacob Zuma is using the two things learnt by him from the Master (Nelson Mandela) to try and cling to ANC power. Most-probably sexually-compromised women who rose to ANC power mostly through liason with the type of men Nelson Mandela and JacobZuma have been notorious for.Tribalism (whereby Jacob Zuma s KwaZulu-Natal Province and other Nguni-speaking Provinces like Mpumalanga and Eastern Cape are said to be firmly behind his re-election).But this is all smokes and mirrors! From the look of things Somebody-Other-Than-A-Womanizer-Cum-Tribalist or Man-Eater-Cum-Tribalist (to be gender-sensitive), will be leading our ANC by January 2013!The thing is, very much like Jackie Chan in one of his more famous movies, Jacob GEDLEYIHLEKISA Zuma is busy forgetting one thing: the meaning, and very deeper meaning of his own Gedleyihlekisa middle name (to which I will in detail come later on down these paragraphs).  Suffice it to say for now: Anybody who, through either sexual favours or or other forms of corruption which has become so endemic under the Zuma watch, will dance for Zuma for now in order to keep his or her corruptly-attained job in government BUT WHEN THE MANGAUNG DELEGATES START DOING THEIR JOB NEXT MONTH, L.O.L. DIT GAAN ‘N ANDER POTSE DEKSEL WEES AND AN ABSOLUTELY DIFFERENT BALL GAME!
3.
4.       It may well be that pro-Tembu tribalist Mr Mandela had no express intention of suppressing a Zulu (Pixley ka Isaka Seme) for he writes in his book that the Tembu have origins in the areas where the Zulus live today.

5.       Maybe, for tribalistic Mr Mandela, it was an issue that if his Tembu shared the cake of the liberation spoils with the Zulus from whom Seme came, they needs must include several other ethnic groups, from whom, for example, came the advocates and lawyers with whom Seme’s seminal dream of uniting all of southern-African tribes (from Zambia to South Africa and from Botswana to Swaziland and not to mention Mozambique and Lesotho) the tribes under-the-as-yet-unborn-ANC emerged.  Mr Mandela’s beloved Tembus would have to share the cake with the Zulus all right.  But also with the tribe from which Advocate Mangena came from (probably Pedi).

6.       Also with the tribe from which Advocate Montsioa came from (probably Tswana).

7.       Also with the tribe from which Advocate Msimang came from (probably South Sotho a.k.a. Mosotho oa Moshoeshoe).

8.       We will never know the truth until or unless Mr Mandela, if he so wishes to part with the Devil and Beelzebub of Tribalism, makes a confession or on the contrary decides to marry the ugly spirit to his deep  grave.

9.       Long Walk to Freedom shows us clearly that Nelson Mandela was either a Tembu/”Xhosa” tribalist from youth or he simply bowed to such tribalists close to him (and Mr Nelson Mandela inadvertently confesses to such).  When, according to him,

10.   He met all-Tembu fellows when he sought a job in Johannesburg.
11.   He sought and found law practice with fellow-Tembu Walter Sisulu.
12.   He visited query-fellow-Tembu Dr Xuma and ANC President on arrival to Johannesburg (and ignored the founder of the ANC Seme who lived next-door to Xuma in Sophiatown, Johannesburg).
13.   He bowed to fellow-Tembu intimidation for dating in Alexander Township a Swazi or Shangaan-speaking girl rather than a fellow-Tembu or Eastern-Cape Xhosa etc.
14.   He bowed to Eastern-Cape regionalism when, instead of recommending Venda-speaking ANC Bright Star Cyril Ramaphosa to be his deputy, he went for a joke by the name of Thabo Mbeki who got thousands of South Africans killed by delaying the release of anti-retroviral drugs through Mbeki’s assinine argument with scientists on the main causative factor to AIDS!

15.   To the contrary, Seme’s life from the cradle to the grave was filled with all tribes and all races.
16.   He was a Moroka of Zulu nationality (The Morokas/Umthonga/Litfonga are found among the Basotho, the Pedi, the Zimbabwean, the Mpondo, the Tembu, the Hlubi, the Zulu, the Mozambican, the Malawian and other ethnic groups and nationalities of southern Africa, and there is even what on the map look like at least a village in Tanzania, named “Seme” and very close to where Founder-of-the-Nation-Julius-Nyerere was born)

17.   He was born into warm hands that extended the fluffiest of swaddling clothes made by Westerners (most of whom native Europeans)  in the Inanda Missionary of Durban.  And the Europeans themselves there were not as European as they might have liked, since THEY HAD ALREADY FOR GENERATIONS BEEN AMERICANS!

18.   He went for higher education overseas (the multi-cultural United States of America and Britain).

19.   His first official marriage is with a European (a Glasgow maiden).

20.   His second official marriage is with a Xhosa-speaker (a Xiniwe maiden)

21.   His third official marriage is with a pure Zulu, if such ‘purity’really exists (Princess Pikisile ka Dinuzulu), a maternal aunt to Chief Mangosuthu (ex-Buthelezi Clan and blood uncle to Zulu Rex Goodwill Zwelithini Zulu)

22.   He had a number of traditional marriages (unlike in South Africa’s 2012, they were officially non-recognized) with several nationalities which included the Swazi Kingdom, from whom Dr Pixley ka-Isaka  Seme begot his second-born child (who is Writer and Blogger’s Second Cousin Removed: His Royal Highness Mr Zwangendaba George Seme, a son to Swazi Princess Lozinja).

23.   This clearly gives you an understanding why one too many of Mr Mandela’s relatives hate Goodman Manyanya Phiri.

24.   Whereas they want to do every cultural thing from the cradle to the grave in their home province (Eastern Cape, even to the extent of refusing to be buried in the Gauteng Province where they live daily according to where in 1994 Messrs Mandela and Thabo Mbeki put them), Phiri is miles apart from them.

25.   Look at me:

26.   My distant ancestry is Zulu, or is at least ex-present-day KwaZulu-Natal.
27.   My current ethnicity is Malawian.
28.   My mother is ethnic Swazi South African
29.   My nationality is South African.
30.   My first wife is Tanzanian.
31.   My second wife is a subject of the Kingdom of Swaziland etc etc.
32.   My steadiest of girl friends (a total of 12 years and I would have married her if the father was not going to commit suicide from it) is ethnic European, an Afrikaner of German Koegelenberg stock.
33.   My burial place and condition will be determined by those who have the power over my corpse!
34.   These myopic, tribally-locked people of Mandela cannot accept such a one as normal because their brains are tuned for only Xhosa-speak-ex-Eastern-Cape like Mandela’s brain in fact is!

35.     a Yes-Man-To-The-70-Year-Old-Intra-ANC-Mandelasque-Tembu-Tribalism-Cum-Eastern-Cape-Regionalism-incumbent (a.k.a Mr Jacob Zuma)

36.     Mr Jacob Zuma and other henchman for the Mandela-Extended Family like Department-of-Defence Mr Temba Templeton Matanzima and SANDF Brigadier General Winnie Ntombizodwa Zini-Bobelo who together in Mandelasque Tembu Tribalism 2012 abuse South Africa’s Security-Force Power For Corruption and Victimization of Whistle-Blowers’ activities  by means of  Myopic Zumaniac Support in South Africa!
The Jacob-Zuma-way of promoting to higher posistions for women like "Mandela-cousin Zini-Bobelo". And such women in ANC power today are the ones chorussing a second term for Jacob Zuma as leader of the ruling power, which means South Africa under Jacob Zuma has become a land essentially ruled by by both female prostitutes and male ones where nobody knows how many politically powerful women a Jacob Zuma with relaxed sexual morals has himself slept with in order to rise in the party political structures in the past 60 years despite minimal education while more informed and much more educated Zulu speakers were eliminated in an ANC governed by Mandelasque Xhosa tribalism since at least the 1960's. (Having been started in the camps of exile with a particularity to ANC exile camps of Mazimbu and Dakawa in Morogoro of United Republic of Tanzania) this thing of promoting people through sex under Zuma rule in South Africa is rife in the South African National Defence Force-SANDF and is the reason why Lieutenant Colonel Goodman Manyanya Phiri is hunted by Mandela-Henchman-Jacob-Zuma by means of heavily-armed military politicemen for the kill over and above false charges for the past 12 years and banning to Tanzania of Phiri children over the past 27 years for revenge ALL BECAUSE OF PHIRI'S STEADFASTNESS OVER EQUAL TREATMENT AND RESPECT FOR BOTH HUMAN SEXES AND SEXUAL ORIENTATIONS IN SOUTH AFRICA. Some of the most powerful Zuma men accused by female soldiery for objectifying them prior to promotion [THEY HAVE ALWAYS HAD THE RIGHT TO RESPOND TO THE CONTRARY] are 1. Xhosa-speaking and Eastern-Cape-born Mandela-Cousin Lieutenant General Temba Templeton Matanzima recently turned by Zuma into 'Ombudsman' for solving problems of South African soldiery aggieved by his own reputed profligacy and Zumaphoid objectification of South Africa's majority citizenry: THE WOMEN  2. Xhosa-speaking and Eastern-Cape-born Long-Walk-To-Freedom-Mandela-endorsed 'Fellow-Tribesman' Brigadier General Mlandeli Alfred Kula who miraculously escaped prosecution via the Truth and Reconciliation Commission led by yet another Xhosa-speaker 'Mr' Desmond Tutu a.k.a. Mpilo 3. Xhosa-speaking and Eastern-Cape-born Long-Walk-To-Freedom-Mandela-endorsed 'Fellow-Tribesman' Major General Mlandeli Enoch Muiseng Mashoala who too miraculously escaped prosecution via the Truth and Reconciliation Commission led by the legendary Xhosa-speaker 'Mr' Desmond Tutu a.k.a. Mpilo.  (These are but a few examples of Mandela's fellow-Xhosa-speakers or fellow-Eastern-Cape-borns who, a lot like their Man-In-Power-Zulu-Speaker-Jacob-Zuma combine both state and penile power to rule over the majority of us South Africans).  I as Phiri am convinced the Great ANC and arguably Continental Africa's oldest Liberation Organization will save us from these monstrosities come December 2012. WHY ZUMA WOULD SUPPORT TEMBU TRIBALISM IN SOUTH AFRICA WHEN HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE A ZULU

39.     Via Your Majesty, King Goodwill Zwelithini Zulu

40.     Here I go, addressing the Zulu Nation which I, Goodman Manyanya Phiri, co-share with Mr Jacob Zuma, maybe to his complete surprise because, in his blind subservience to Mandelasque Tembu tribalism in South Africa, he thought Phiri without a whimper can be unconstitutionally trampled upon in order to please his powerful friends who are Mandela’s Tembu tribe and often relatives without whom Zuma’s presidency can’t stand. AFTER ALL, THE MANDELASQUE TEMBU DEITIES ARE THE ONES WHO PROBABLY PRODUCED THE CONTROVERSIAL SPY TAPES THAT GOT A PROSPECTIVE CORRUPTION PRISONER ZUMA TO BECOME PRESIDENT OF SOUTH AFRICA AND SO HE IS PAYING THE TRIBALISTS BACK BY SEEKING PHIRI DESTRUCTION!

41.     GOODMAN MANYANYA PHIRI’S ADDRESS TO THE ZULU NATION: PHIRI’S NATION

42.     Zulu ka Malandela!

Nin'abokulandela izinkomo zamadoda!

Zulu omnyama onezindlela ezimhlophe!

43.     I am a third grandchild of a man, a soldier and a Tonga named Pikamalaza who left KwaZulu-Natal’s Tongaland a.k.a. KwaNgwanase during the strife accompanying the rise of His Majesty King Shaka Zulu, two centuries ago.
44.     I know that colonial European scholars dubbed the process Mfecane or Difaqane (“[senseless killing of blacks against other blacks]”) as if them colonialists or their masters back in Europe had nothing to do with it, which is, as many scholars both African and British among the Europeans have proved it, is a blue lie.
45.     I believe, Venerable Zulu, and Your Majesty (Ndabezita!) that you will accept Goodman Manyanya Phiri as your child, and not just another so-called kwerekwere who falsely claims Zuluness and must be attacked and killed like so many other people from Zambia, Malawi, etc were attacked and killed so recently in South Africa under the leadership of the self-same Jacob Zuma (then a deputy to ANC president, Thabo Mvuyelwa Mbeki whom, thankfully, the great ANC had timeous sense to remove from office with speed.)

46.     THE MATANJE PHIRIS OF ZIMBABWE

47.     Of course, Malandela (and Ndabezita!), I can also claim to be Zimbabwean.
48.     But Zimbabwe is a country that my great-grandpa just passed through en route somewhere else.

.     THE MATANJE PHIRIS OF ZAMBIA
50.     I can claim Zambianness, what with Zambia having indeed presented herself as a great settlement for Zwangendaba’s military forces led by Goodman Manyanya Phiri’s great-grandfather, General Pikamalaza.
51.     However, the bottom line is, whenever you settle in somebody else’s area, you do qualify for only the status of a settler who cannot in any tomorrow soon turn and claim nativity!  And such is my identity in present-day Zambia!
52.     Still Zambia is special for Matanje because that is where the grave of Pikamalaza lies and it is my dream that if I survive Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma’s unconstitutional attacks against me that I will one day perform a genuflection to the great people of Zambia and their President that I am allowed to visit the haunts of my great granny.

53.     THE MATANJE PHIRIS OF TANZANIA
54.     In a cosmopolitan world, I can claim Tanzanianness since, of course, as it would seem, Pikamalaza’s son Maziri’ankhunda, was born in present-day URT (The United Republic of Tanzania).
55.     I have a problem, though.  It is that, even if it would be proven beyond all doubt that “Goodman Manyanya Phiri is originally Tanzanian” , any reading of modern-day Tanzanian history would still trace me back to the Ngoni who are well-recorded as originally coming from Swaziland and South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal.
56.     Incidentally, “Ngoni” has the same meaning as “Nguni”, which term I will attempt to explain further below.

57.     Tanzania can however never spurn me if I were today to decide to go and spend the rest of my life there.  The wife and children of my paternal uncle, Kingwell Moses Mpili, resident in Dar es-Salaam’s Ubungo, are foolproof that Matanje Phiri is well-established in Tanzania too.

58.     Besides, my first wife and our two children whom Jacob Zuma unconstitutionally refuses to allow them to come to South Africa, are Tanzanian citizens of Iringa’s Mninga Village. Their to-South-Africa United Nations High Commission For Refugees paperwork were torn to pieces by Mandela’s fellow tribesmen Monezi Gcilitshe and the late Benson Mandindi for they argued they don’t want [Phiri a kwerekwere to bring to South Africa yet another kwerekwere for a wife, the Tanzanian].  My first-born with my first wife, the Tanzanian of Iringa, is the European girl’s friend African on my blog about stress-management, and the girl who mistakenly sent Mr Jacob Zuma good wishes for Christmas! She doesn’t know that she is banished to Tanzania to this day because of Mr Zuma’s unconstitutional designs: payment for victims of apartheid-era human rights has long been given a green light by parliament and other governmental structures and people have been compensated and resettled by according to Zuma, Phiri must be denied such right, despite going through all the TRC processes and gaining status as a victim of human-right abuses!
59.     [“I am Zuma and Why does Phiri have the audacity of pointing the source of all South African tribalism, xenophobia, and racism to one man: my friend and mentor Nelson Mandela?”]

THE MATANJE PHIRIS OF MALAWI

61.     Your Majesty, Zulu!

62.     I do often refer to myself as an ethnic-Nyasa or more precisely, -Tumbuka.  But everybody who has ever studied Malawian history will tell you the WaTumbuka (which is a word, translated to “those who bloom forth”) are a product of a twin-wave in an exodus centuries apart.

63.     To form Malawi’s present-day Tumbuka ethnicity, people came from present-day South Africa and Swaziland it is true, which you get Malawians who are named “Maseko” a surname originating nowhere else except Swaziland.

64.     However, earlier than the ex-South inflow, there had been a tsunami-sized regional dousing of northern Malawi with    who had come from present-day West Africas Cameroon, History seems to tell us.

65.     Where did Zulu come from before his call to South Africa

66.     In that respect, I have read somewhere, Your Majesty and very venerable Zulu Mageba, that even you are also originating in West Africa.

67.     I believe this is all false history hailing from a section of a colonial-minded Europe that refuses to accept Africa’s primacy as Father of all civilization over and above being the mother to the First Roman Empire.

68.     I believe: Even though you may have come past West Africa, your roots are at the great Egypt of the Pharaohs. As the Arabs came to destroy and plunder your world-renowned FIRST Roman Empire whose roots and capitals were in Africa (and not in Rome and environs, as is the case with the SECOND Roman Empire), you had to run for your life as a refuge down south!

69.     I am not opening in this post Arab wounds of African colonization; nor am I talking about European colonization of the self-same African continent.

ZUMAPHOID ZULU TRIBALISM IN THE PIPELINE IF ZUMA RE-ELECTED IN MANGAUNG’S PARTY CONFERENCE DECEMBER 2012?

First, the two videos in Zuma's mother tongue (Zulu) appealing in vain for his assistance against his fellow-Nguni-tribalists Nelson Mandela and Thabo Mbeki (after these two videos were handed to Zuma as state president, he against the express orders of a South African judge, ordered 6 heavily armed military policemen to raid Goodman Manyanya Phiri's residence ostensibly for the caputure of computers but more reasonably for an assassination of Blogger Phiri all in the nameof Nguni Tribalism/racism in South Africa: "Nguni Tribalism" refers to the belief by a sizeable number of Xhosa-, Zulu-, Ndebele- and Swazi-speakers of South Africa who have the backward and racist belief started in the 1940s by the likes of Nelson Mandela and now followed by Jacob Zuma to the effect that these ethnic groups have a more suiperior intellect than ANYBODY else in South Africa hence 'ANC presidents need must come from one of those Nguni tribes', which is not only what makes the rise to power for anybody like ANC Deputy President Tswana-speaking Kgalema Motlanthe a tall ask indeed without the intervention of patriotic Nguni-speakers like Xhosa-speaking Oliver Tambo Region of the ANC.. of patriotic Nguni-speakers like several Zulu-speaking ANC branches of KwaZulu-Natal who have defied Zuma's tribalism to be yesmen for his second-term bid.. of Swazi-speaking South Africans like this Blogger Goodman Manyanya Phiri who has always said 'Away with Tribalism, Away With Racism, Whether Black or White')

TRIBALISM AT ITS BEST: a national leader appeals to his own tribal ancestors to be enabled a second term as leader of the South African national political party, the ANC: it does not get any better where racism and tribalism are concerened!
71.     On the contrary, my intentions are geared towards talking about South Africa’s nascent Zulu tribalism which has supplanted both Arabic, European and Mandela’s Tembu tribalization or colonization in a supposedly independent and democratic South Africa.  It is indeed a form of resident colonization when individuals, by virtue of being fellow- tribesmanship with a current president go out and terrorise citizens of a democratic South Africa who do not belong to the tribe.

72.     If Jacob Zuma has decided to create Zulu tribalism with a reputedly much-sought second term, it is by means of taking under his wing workplace apartheid and workplace Mandelasque Xhosa-speaking Tembu tribalism.  And in that regard I will never forget shocking reports I received of a Zuma era director from the Mandela’s Tembu who picked on his ethnic European deputy and ordered her over the phone to “f-off if you won’t take my orders” (and she did with the blessings of Zuma), just because the director wanted under the rule of Zuma to maintain ill-gained status of Mandelasque Tembu dominance under Zuma’s governance just because Zuma cannot breathe without mentioning the name of Nelson Mandela!  (The alleged 'racist director' one fellow-Mandela-Xhosa-speaker and SANDF Brigadier General Norman Yengeni touted on-line to have acquired promotional grades at the Brigadier-General-Eddie-Drost's Fornication-For-Promotion South African Army College in Pretoria through the same fraud that Nelson Mandela is supposed to have stolen his current god-like stature from American-trained ANC Founder Dr Pixley Seme).  In his forlorn fight to win the second term as ANC leader in Mangaung, Jacob Zuma ordered that the self-same query-fraudster of a brigadier general be promoted to the rank of "Major General of the South African National Defence Force" and he has as such been promoted. BUT THE GREAT XHOSA-SPEAKING NATIONS OF THE EASTERN CAPE PROVINCE AND THE WESTERN CAPE ARE NOT TO BE FOOLED BY JACOB ZUMA'S STRATAGEM OF CONTINUED RULE TROUGH TRIBALISM AND OUR GREAT ANC BRANCHES OF THE CAPE PROVINCES ARE ROUNDLY REJECTING ZUMA FOR A SECOND-TERM LEAD

73.     Of course, the prideful Afrikaner woman, the most hard-working woman I had ever seen from any tribe, left in disgust for the private sector to leave Mr Zuma and his tribalization of the public sector!

74.     THE WEST-AFRICAN LOOKS COMMON TO ZULU AND TO MANYANYA PHIRI

75.     Hey, don’t get me wrong, Zulu Your Majesty!
76.     I really like the idea of West African links in our mutual ancestry, Zulu kaMageba Your Majesty!
77.     Maybe more than you, Mageba, I have (I think) taken after my Cameroonian or West-African ancestors, particularly via the wife to Tanzanian great-grandpa Maziri’ankhunda on one hand and/or wife to Malawian grandpa, Jacob Phiri ,a Kumwenda maiden named Esther.
78.     Very often West African strangers not only on sight mistake me for a local, but also immediately start chatting me up in foreign tongues I have no clue about!

79.     The truth is: wherever a man goes, be it to Legendary Cameroon, Exemplary Zambia, Magnificent Malawi, Quintessential Tanzania etc, people will ask:

80.     “Where, Mr Goodman Manyanya Phiri did your ancestors come from”?
81.     On this ANC Centenary, another 100 years of King Shaka Zulu’s pan-African dream as perfected by Pixley ka Isaka Seme, and the reason for this centenary in Bloemfontein, I am proud to announce that I can tell the world one answer:

82.     Goodman Manyanya Phiri culturally and unapologetically comes from KwaZulu-Natal!

Shaka Zulu, whom I respect and pay homage to

It is the works done by previous Phiri Kingdoms

The kingdoms that ruled the entire southern Africa

That fertilized The tree that grew as Shaka’s Zulu nation!

83.     Today, therefore I, Goodman Manyanya Phiri am addressing the matter of ANC President Jacob Zuma, as a matter of my fellow-Zulu within the context of him as my fellow-South African.

84.     Indeed, despite the fact that my ancestors are three generations detached from the Zulu hotbed of South Africa’s East Coast, just like Jacob Zuma, I know exactly or even more what it is like to be a Zulu.  I know it because paternal spirits neither age nor end even though they will craze sometimes.  In any case, the paternal spirits of Zulu are in Ancient Egypt/Kameta where Pharaoh/Phiri WAS KING!

85.     Like any other modern Zulu, I know what it is like to be embroiled in national controversies.  This has been my life now at least for the past 11 years with unending charges brought against me for fighting  “”””””””””””tribalism at a government organization I may by order of a high-court judge not mention here.

86.     I like to think controversy is in my paternal Tonga-Zulu blood because history books about Zwangendaba, whose forces were commanded by my third great grandfather, has no kind words for the latter.  He is described by one source as [an utterly cantankerous military general].
a.        GIVE ME ONE STUPID QUESTION, ZULU MAGEBA!

87.     As I ask: “Kwakala nyon'ini, Zulu ka Malandela?
88.     As I ask: ‘What went wrong with your otherwise majestic history, Zulu’?”
89.     As I ask: “How is it that us proud AmaZulu, have given the world, Pixley ka Isaka Seme, the Founder of the ANC, but we do next to nothing in terms of defending his legacy in his original idea to found a pan African organization, the ANC and the most the oldest in the content?”

90.     As I ask:  “How is it we allow cultural foreigners to drive a wedge between the ethnic Zulu first president of the ANC John Dube and his nephew, Dr Pixley Seme, when the two were inseparable in both ideology and blood links?”

91.     As I ask: “Why is it that the next ethnic-Zulu President of the ANC, Josiah Gumede of the 1920s hits the ground running on pure communism without cementing first the very African nationalism that the founders of the ANC envisaged rather than the primacy of ideologies like communism?”

92.     As I ask: “Why is it that whereas archival records of, among others, the period when Dr Pixley Seme became president after Gumede, yet no Zulu family has used our post-1994 period to build a new archival portal of that period to salvage the name of Dr Pixley Seme who is otherwise roundly criticized for having destroyed the ANC he had formed some 20 years before.  Why is Zulu allowing this cowardly attack to be launched against the Zulu (King Dinuzulu’s own subject) Dr Pixley ka Isaka Seme, an attack pioneered by people no less than the self-same fork-tongued “scholars” who claim also [records of entire decades have gone missing inclusive of the period of Seme’s presidency otherwise well-narrated in Phiri’s maternal first cousin Queenmother Labotsibeni-financed ANC journal Abantu/Batho’?”

93.     As I ask: “Why is it us AmaZulu do not dig deep enough about our Zuluness, still maintaining silly mini-tribalism among ourselves that this one is Hlubi-Zulu, that one a Tonga-Zulu, the one over there, a Zulu-McCoy, and that Moroka and yet another ANC President in the early 1950s, despite being a Tonga by SeSotho pronunciation, is not a Zulu just because he speaks Sotho and he pronounces his Tonga-ness quite too strangely for the ear of Zulu proper?”

94.     As I ask: “Why is it we seem not to bother into sending young Zulu intellectuals, of which there are too few with PhD degrees to allow to instead roam the streets, to research on the identities of the ANC Youth League “Comrades” who assassinated youth league founder President, Zulu-speaking Anton Mzwakhe Lembede just as Mr Mandela and Eastern-Cape company were rising in dominance of Lembede’s Youth League.
95.     As I ask: “Why is the murder of ANC President Chief Albert Luthuli, another Zulu assassinated with the same dastardliness as Lembede’s seem not to bother us when it is the blood of Zulu KaMalandela that was spilt?”
96.     As I ask: “Why is it that we look on kindly silently and essentially favourably at someone damaging nationally and internationally our proud identity as AmaZulu the way someone like Jacob Zuma is doing today in the name of Zulu?
97.     As I ask: “Have we gone that culturally-bankrupt?”
98.     As I ask: “Are we so desperate for national Zulu leadership that anything goes?
99.     As I ask: “Why is it we do not help Luthuli House, the Headquarters of the ANC, to get a quick exit strategy for our errant child, Mr Jacob Zuma who in four short years has singlehandedly and with his lasciviousness alone done more damage to the image of the Zulu Kingdom than the Battles of the Blood River and Isandlwana together?
100.  POSTERITY TO PLEASE SPARE PHIRI MORE KINDNESS THAN ANCESTOR PIKAMALAZA
101.  As I ask these and a great many more questions in this post, I hope posterity does not limit me to the cantankerousness of my great-great-grandfather Pikamalaza Matanje Phiri from KwaZulu-Natal.  I hope posterity can say, about Goodman: “Being a military officer like his great granddad, he opened a debate that no one else in South Africa, outside of Dr Pixley Seme the ANC Founder, had wanted to address and after opening it, did tackle it with the same Pikamalazaid bluntness, if not the ancestors’ ruthless candour even to his own chief, Zwangendaba”

PHIRI IS FEELING AFRICAN

105.  Today I feel particularly highly African.  In addition, I should like to provoke African discussions.  Of the two African senses (one being duty and the other pride), I have already wrestled for weeks in futility trying to place the trigger for my original desire to use this post for delving into things African.
106.  Ultimately I realized it is neither here nor there. I am just pampering myself on one successful thing now. A fruitful engagement into my election to inspect the Zuma presidency, from my personal perspective.

107.  For a background, contrary to many heads of state who never forget comrades they were with during their rise to power, Mr Zuma is a man whose handshake is very scarce these days.
108.  I have these days resorted to minimal ablution for my right palm.  It is the only way I can preserve the memory of my last fortunate chance I had to rock and to tweak his arm in those days of the struggle back in 1984, Maputo the capital of Mozambique.
109.  Maybe those who hold your hand tight when they, together with you, are in trouble will deride you when their own individual trouble is over.  Maybe it is just a peculiarity with the character of Mr Zuma.  It is hard to tell.  It is even harder to tell whether my other queries in this article will sufficiently address this man’s scarcity at the time when he would normally for other state presidents anywhere else in the world, be at the most accessible for my needs and my rights when he Zuma is now Public Servant Number One.

 WHAT IS BEING AFRICAN?

1
113.  Wide-ranging question, right? For example, and for any reason whatsoever, the cartooning or caricaturing of the head of state (President/King etc) IS IT AFRICAN?
114.  Let's for example go African in scrutinizing this cartoon about Messrs  Jacob Zuma and Julius Sello Malema, of course!

115.  Of course based on my personal experience and in some respect "inexperience" as well with Mr Zuma, let me tell you what I thought about that cartoon: "I have got a title for this blog post!  And it is going to be:
a.        “TEKETISA ABAZUKULU, MSHOLOZI!”

116.  I know    “TEKETISA ABAZUKULU, MSHOLOZI!” is in deep IsiZulu (part of the Nguni/Ngoni languages which include among others IsiXhosa Languages).  So, I will translate the title.
117.  "Teketisa" is the great IsiZulu language for "Do rock the cradle", "entertain the baby" or "play with a baby".

118.  Of course, like any other cross-lingual interpretation of an idea, the above is by no means a perfect translation.
119.  As an example, for the English, "anybody can in fact entertain any baby" but when a nurse, for example, in hospital "entertains or plays with a baby patient", the Zulu will not accept that as teketisa. The Zulu word carries with it the connotation of special and mostly consanguinal parameters in closeness to the child.
120.  The hospital nurse, however "close" and long her or his association with my baby who may be the neonatal ward here shall never reach per Zulu culture "such sufficient closes as to teketisa the Phiri baby".
121.  Teketisa is an expression of a relationship between parent and infant.  It may also be expressed as a special relationship between infant and parent's bosom friend.  Infant and grandparents.  Infant and aunts and uncles.
122.  This is because the teketisa tradition, over and above praises, includes in it very sensitive utterances said to the baby in relation to her pedigree.

123.  When abused, which I believe it is politically roundly abused by Mr Zuma without anybody calling him to order, the teketisa of a baby or even an adult, can become as ugly as swear words like “Kaffir”, “Pig”, “Nigger” and you name them, not forgetting “Nigger”!
124.  You have probably at least watched some of the American movies where an ethnic-European American calls an ethnic-African one "Nigger" only to get himself boxed in the ears for his trouble while a fellow "Nigger" calling a "Nigger" "Nigger" gets praises and very warm embraces!
125.  Coming closer home, even some native South Africans still use the word "Kaffir" in private buddy-buddy conversations with each other.  In fact that word is as good as banned in all public conversational address to another person.  Even in private conversation, do get found using the word "Kaffir" when you are supposed to be a non-kaffir, you will in this enlightened day and age get into South African hot water.
126.  That trouble of boiling the water will be unnecessary if I should be the one to punish you.  You will be cinders the moment you utter the last syllable for my mother’s private parts if it so happens that you speak to me, in a non-Siswati language.  You can also praise me as living proof of my mother’s reproductive prowess to signify your congratulations on my great achievement in blogging to Mr Zuma or just to express your happiness in seeing me after ages.
127.  If you understand the sensitivities of the words used hereinabove, then you will see just how sensitive “teketisa” can become when in the hands of the wrong person, like a Mr Zuma doing a teketisa on the nation of South Africa!

128.  In other words, teketisa is a special way of addressing certain people (in Kiswahili Language the word teketisa is closely related to tania). As an ethnic Tumbuka, I will be within my full rights to play naughty words with any ethnic Tonga, Ngoni or the other tribes that my tribe has lived with for decades.  I will playfully remind them of all the bad things their people are reputed to have been about in the no-so-distant past. I will jocundly be the first to remind them if there were organized rape practices in their history; if there was a pattern of cannibalism etc.
129.  All of that will see me coming as the first one to utter it for a good laugh.  But, believe you me, I will be sent packing from the Province of Iringa, for example, if I start reminding the ethnic Hehe of the area that, not so long ago, their ancestors took the preference of eating dog in times of war!  IT IS NOT WITHIN MY RIGHT TO TANIA THEM! NO SUCH STATUS IS INVESTED IN ME!

130.  Mr Zuma as an African knows these cultural jewels of African-ness.
131.  However, I do not know whether he thinks the pride of being African only applies when respect must be accorded to his own identity.
132.  I am completely stumped as to whether he does not equally and strongly believe that the 50 million or so other Africans he is a president for, deserve no respect whatsoever.
133.  You do not for example expect the President of the Republic of South Africa (if you are African) to tania or teketisa the nation.

134.  Mr Zuma can only tell us in a joke how he goes about the teketisa job with his own grandchildren; but we are not and shall never be subjects to Mr Zuma's teketisa moods however jovial he may feel on any given day.
135.  This goes for any other African president if he or is she well steeped in local culture.

13ABAZUKULU

137.  Now let's come to another word in my would-be title: The word is Zulu’s "Abazukulu" (Swahili’s “Wajukuu”).  It is the plural for "umzukulu" which means "Mjukuu" in native Africa's only main and computer-supported language, KiSwahili.

138.  The English for Abazukulu/Wajukuu is "grandchildren". That should cover all the bombastic words in my would-be Zulu title of a long post.

139.  As for the last word in the near-title, whoever does not know that "Msholozi" is the respectful way of addressing current South African State President Zuma?
140.  If I were to find such a one and we were a dictatorship and not the constitutional democracy we are, surely I would just order a deportation for such a one! Or if I were in a Durban hall, I would definitely order hoodlums to beat such a one out of the hall where Msholozi is present!

141.  Anyway, may I be pedantic once again where African-ness is busy being overstated in too many quarters where it is at the same time seemingly being under-understood it?
142.  It is (purely, exclusively and very unapologetically) African to refer to your blood seniors in that way of praise names. These are people like your father, your mother, aunt, uncle or any other person of seniority.  Yet the qualification to seniority accorded such praises defies blood links; it derides even ageism where too many political nincompoops of South Africa’s 2012 will tell us for example: “Nelson Mandela is almost 100 years old and it is therefore very unAfrican of you, Phiri half his age to criticize him”.

143.  On the contrary, despite being 80 years old when Zuma is 70 today, it is considered as polite to refer to Mr Zuma as "Msholozi" or to Blogger as "Matanje" when you address them, particularly in your introductory statements.  This is because ZULU CULTURE, AND LARGELY, PAN-AFRICAN CULTURE ALSO DEMANDS THAT, WHILE THE YOUNGER MAN ZUMA IS EXPECTED TO REFER TO YOU MY OCTOGENARIAN WITH YOUR PRAISENAME, YOU HAVE TO SIMILARLY ACCORD HIM THE YOUNGER MAN, SIMILAR SIGN OF RESPECT!

144.  The bottom-line in all this see-saw relationship is mutuality.  The criterion of calling or not calling someone by the praisename (the Swahili people’s simplified and pandemic “Mzee!” which would have an Anglicized pronunciation of "Mz-hey" where the "M"- and "y"- sounds are muted) is THE WAY THE PERSON SHOWS RESPECT TO OTHERS, BE IT HIS/HER JUNIORS OR SENIORS.
145.  In the Swahili-language blogosphere where I spend a sizeable amount of my waking hours the debate often crops up: “Why call your boss ‘Mzee’ when the word should be reserved for someone your parent?” And I think it is a silly question because parenthood is a social construct based on the process of guiding, bringing up, supporting, feeding etc. rather than a biological one-time act of fertilizing into existence for an individual. By being my respectful, supportive and caring boss, that boy who is my junior by 40 years at work while being my senior per office, has taken on the social status of parenting me!
146.  Under that approach, Mzee! becomes unavoidable for usage to your boss or your supervisor even though your boss never did the biological act of “zaa ” “give-birth” which is the root word for “Mzee!”.
147.  Indeed, if being an African put too much stress on age more than social status, where there were men and women who were 60 and more powerful with their thinking powers than Shaka Zulu, he would not, being “a mere boy”, have been allowed to build right in front of their eyes a military might and a kingdom the talk of the world for many centuries to come.  Even if that “African miracle” would happen than he be so allowed, Shaka would not have been allowed to rule that Zulu Kingdom!
148.  Shaka was only about 30 years old when his kingdom came to its peak.  He was the age of Mr Julius Sello Malema.  But we do not read that he went about killing older men to rule his land.  Nor did older men hunt him down for assassinations or disciplinary hearings as “it was un-African for a younger person to start proposing to older men and women how the African Subcontinent south of the Zambezi should be governed in opposition to the encroachment of European settler colonialism”.

149.  In the Zulu culture there is even a proverb to drive that point home
150.  "Kuhlonishwana kabili; omncane ahloniphe omdala, nomdala komncane." which translates to
151.  "Respect and honour is a two-way traffic between senior and junior".

152.  Put crudely but very truly in the African scenario as ancestrally handed down to us and not reinvented by self-seeking modern politicians: if you do not respect me being your junior you have lost your right of demand for respect from me.  Your social standing as my senior does not per se does not give you an unfettered right to be lionized by me.  Only God can boast that right!

153.  I am not sure how adept Mr Zuma is with these concepts.  I am not even sure if he believes he is ruling over fools in South Africa.
154.  However, being a native Zulu speaker who grew up where the influence of legendary Shaka Zulu was greatest, Mr Zuma will be quick to follow these African concepts, and he has followed them from teachings he has received in his 70 years of life through this or that means.
155.  Where the character boggles my mind is why he seems to think these well-taught African concepts are not for him as head of state; why he seems to think this is all stuff for only those in search of a PhD degree in Zulu history or something while he, where he was supposed to be a shining example of Zuluness or African-ness, can with impunity go about scandalizing with impunity the very image of being African or Zulu!
156.  Many people (maybe in the company of some of my readership who are well-versed with my hatred of leaving them behind) tend to forget that Mr Zuma’s childhood and even adulthood was by political circumstances denied formal opportunity of learning standard Zulu to any significant degree.
157.  This may mean that his development in understanding Zuluness (despite subsequent long-range and large-scale exposure to his native culture), may still have stayed arrested to those days of herd-boyhood in the Nkandla of the early 1940s, the period of the formation of the ANC Youth League, to which we will return shortly.
158.  Context though his upbringing can only lend to this topic, the nascent stages of a character are not the scope.  Extricate yourself with a copy of the biography if you are lost among my sentences.  Besides, I do not believe Msholozi is a lost case; and I am not attempting to write a sister poem to “Elegy On The Death of a Mangy Dog” although I am so tempted with every paragraph I enter.
159.  Yes, even though no man has ever made so angry as Jacob Zuma is right now, I still wait and hope to be pleasantly surprised one of these good days.  I am not going to flatter him; but I am also not going to write him off.
160.  THE VOLUNTARY DEPARTURE OF ZUMA FROM OFFICE
161.  In this post, and about the only post where I still hold euphemisms, I am still holding that little bit of a the sense of a respectfulness busy running thin, I have duties still to perform as a responsible citizen.  I am responsibly asking Mr Zuma to start giving the country clear indications as to when he is going to vacate the seat of power.

162.  Back to his Zulu upbringing from which I think he will understand me best.  There is a Zulu saying that goes “umakoti uhamba esagcobile”.  If it still in Mr Zuma’s active vocabulary, it contextually translates to “you had better march yourself out while we still retain some measure of the otherwise fast-dwindling love and respect we originally had for you”.
163.  You are endangering all of us, Mr Zuma, If you still consider yourself “a darling of a head of state”, Gaddafi’s obsession and self-delusion till the last moment when a bullet or some blunter object ripped through his mentally-diseased skull!
164.  A young 2012, I say, still imbued with the spirit of Christmas and the festivities of the ANC centenary is the best and only chance to tell us you are going at the end of your term and never even thinking seeking a re-election at Mangaung.  Anybody, please mark this paragraph!  We just don’t want you any more as our head of state

165.  This I say because of your oft-demonstrated lack of respect for us the citizens of South Africa.  You have, where Goodman Manyanya Phiri is concerned, promised one citizen (too many) things that you subsequently never even lifted a finger towards executing as per your promise.

166.  I am not going to go into your social life as I am avoiding the meting out of a flogging to a dead horse.
167.  Fine, you apologized; and you will still apologize for the escapades.  However, of late you have been compounding you disrespect for us by too much of the teketisa tor even (“uteku”) thing.

168.  What are your grandchildren going to gain if we allow you to continue wasting your his utani talents on us 40 to 50 million adult and thinking South African citizens?

169.  For the larger readership, it is within your reading rights to count my marbles one or more short for “losing respect” for Mr Zuma right in the middle of the Centenary celebrations of the ANC.
170.  If you should be exercising that right though, accept then you also have a duty to reciprocate it with an explanation as to how a pro-Msholozi wave so hugemongous a few moons back in Polokwane, has come to kiss a volte face .  An antipathy indeed, barely four years since there was overflowing empathy for Zuma!  I am asking: why did Mr Zuma get this early 2011 unenviable Christmas gift in arguably the most educated province of South Africa, Limpopo Province
171.  Tell me on what basis I should believe when you say I am the odd man out and the only South African eternally tired of the man as my head of state.
172.  Tell me why you should be considered in your own right mind for thinking the democratic people of South Africa consider any possibility whatsoever for too early a Zuma departure from the Union Building?

173.  First things, though, first! [Seek ye first the kingdom of God!].  Seek Religion and Jacob Zuma’s first topic (the rule till Jesus comes) and his probable last [the Jesus who brought Africa orphanages].

174.  THE PEOPLE AND THEIR RELIGION. WHICH CAME FIRST?
175.  Let's discuss religion just as President Zuma provocatively discussed it on the eve of Christmas celebrations last year. I am capable of thinking on my own without taking a cue from Zuma, though.
176.  My departure point would be a question.

177.  A REVITALIZED YOUTH LEAGUE ON A JADED ZUMA

178.  At one stage in the administration of South Africa by Mr Zuma happened something either spectacular or hyperbolic, but never both.
179.  Bursting into one of the party president's meetings uninvited, we are told, his party Youth Leaguer pulled a major stunt that catapulted the Party Number One into free flow.
180.  Mr Zuma has landed our ANC and the citizens in an ANC-ruled South Africa into the year 2012 all right, but definitely not on terra firma as whatever he does, there is, to ensure perpetual and non-gravitational flux, that monkey on his shoulder in the shape of a youth leaguer!
181.  The stuntman and Youth Leaguer was the enfant terrible of the French, or the toto tundu of the great Swahili people.

182.  The Youth Leaguer is of course none other than Mr Julius Sello Malema with roots in Limpopo and a province that not only borders with politically highly-educated Zimbabwe, but is also South Africa's northernmost neighbour.

183.  The statement on Malema's behaviour is an assumption of common cause and correction will be duly made if evidence of the contrary is adduced from other quarters.  But common cause is also the fact that Malema has been internally "tried" for that "behaviour", among others.  It is also the very reason why he has been handed down a five-year suspension from ANC party activity as a leader.
184.  This is all "trite", and at the most, "cannon fodder" for a January 2012-the-19th appeal (or thereabout) launched by Mr Malema against a party disciplinary’s “guilty” finding to this or/and other charges.

185.  It is "perfect background", though for the point I wanted to make.
186.  THE YOUTH LEAGUE PUT A FIRE UNDER ZUMA’S LACKADAISICAL LEADERSHIP

187.  What is it that Julius Sello Malema wanted to know from his party boss Zuma when he so "gate-crashed"?

188.  In retrospect, was it a wise step or just a naive misstep to "prosecute" him for asking rather than to entertain his questions like good elders are always supposed to?

189.  Why is it important to answer these questions?

190.  It is important because the province that politically nurtured Malema from childhood has also burst into the face of South Africa with marching orders for Mr Zuma... no.. not march to Mangaung for a re-election, rather a march to Polokwane to explain himself where exactly he is taking South Africa.
191.  Or at least that is how I understand the re-election recently of Mr Cassel Mathale.  I gather he is a man not dissimilar to Malema in openly talking against the apartheid-style leadership evils that have since come to destroy this country’s fabric, courtesy Mr Zuma.  Mathale reportedly hesitates not to condemn tribalism and regionalism, the very target ANC founder Dr Pixley Seme a 100 years ago set out to destroy when he visualized the formation of the organization Mr Zuma now leads or misleads.

192.  MANIFESTATION OF TRIBALISM

193.  The manifestation of tribalism in any government anywhere in the world is---AND HERE PLEASE I AM GENERALIZING AND NOT TALKING ABOUT MY COUNTRY SOUTH AFRICA--- is when every second person in a crucial post of government

a)        is either speaking the language of the president or a sister language,

b)        is of a different race from the president yet comes or is born in the same region where the president was also born,

c)        is neither of the two but is a girlfriend or boyfriend or spouse or makwapeni (a "roll-on" or sex-toy) for someone in the ruling tribe, promoted to that position through the bedroom (ARE WE BACK TO RELIGION? O sorry for the Freudian slip!),

d)        is someone who does not fall in any of those categories but has been put in that position for two and only two reasons no less and no more.

194.  The individual's crass imbecility that is calculated to ensure that he/she does not see the wrongs of the ruling tribe.

195.  ii)   Tokenism which is to balance the statistics of race and ethnicity so that the country's racist or tribalistic president should not look as racist BECAUSE THE STATISTICS OF ADMINISTRATIVE INCUMBENTS A.K.A. DEMOGRAPHICS "[FAIL TO PROVE THE ALLEGATION]".  This happened a lot in one African country recently before a very enterprising man removed the despot-cum-tribalist, thank God and Sex! (Sorry again for my one-track mind which tends to hold coitus and deity in neuronal cohabitation!

196.  AFRICA’S TRIBALISM SO WIDESPREAD IT IS A PANDEMIC; SO DEEP-ROOTED IT IS THE VERY MINERAL WEALTH OF THE CONTINENT WHEN EYED BY EUROPEAN NIEU-COLONIAL GREED.

197.  HOW TO TELL WHETHER YOUR PRESIDENT IS A TRIBALIST OR A RACIST?

198.  You will know that tribalism is being practised in your country by means of a various number of writings on the wall.  I have those that are very fresh on my mind from immediate experience.
199.  The moment you as a citizen raise a finger against non-delivery or even criminality on the part of for example d[ii], above, the State President hits you very hard. He is angry because of your daring to challenging a bulwark to his tribal government.  You are poking one of the president's statistical tribal figureheads and you must pay.  The president will at best do nothing or he will let his state machinery turn against you by means of cooking up false charges as a means of retaliating for your daring against his tribe.

200.  I say, Count yourself as lucky if that happens!

201.  In pure tribal style of all cabals, you as a querulous citizen will never know if your president is a racist or tribalist BECAUSE YOU WILL BE DEAD WHEN YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DRAWING THAT CONCLUSION!
202.  LYBIA AS FLAWLESS AND COLONEL GADDAFI PAINTER HER TO US?

203.  I read falsely or truly this happened a lot in Gaddafi's Libya.  It sounds like the truth when you look at the cruel way his own people murdered him. The child to violence is violence.

204.  Okay, leave alone the Imazingane, leave the Tuaregs, and like-peoples of Libya and neighbouring countries as they will have their own native reasons why, if any, they ever developed tribalism.
205.  TUTSIS AND HUTUS OF YEAR 2012 REAL FRATERNAL PEOPLES IN THE JEWELS OF AFRICA’S GREAT LAKES?
206.  Ask the Tutsis and Hutus of Rwanda what tribalism can do if you, as a Yes-Man-To-The-70-Year-Old-Intra-ANC-Mandelasque-Tembu-Tribalism-Cum-Eastern-Cape-Regionalism-incumbent (a.k.a Mr Jacob Zuma) to high political office in South Africa, have no clue.
207.  Get an inkling into what fire too many of our tribal politicians and civil servants like Self-Confessed Mandela Cousin Senior Security Service Civil Servant Me Ntombizodwa Bobelo-Zini are playing with in order to selfishly support their many illicit sexual partners at the expense of South African government coffers.  MASS DEATH!
208.  That was in general.
209.  SOUTH AFRICA’S JACOB ZUMA IN JAIL WITH “XHOSA” MANDELA, IN EXILE WITH “XHOSA” TAMBO AND IN POWER WITH “XHOSA” MBEKI

210.  There is no man alive who ever imbibed more than Jacob Zuma, the notion that ‘some racial or ethnic groupings are born superior to others’. We know that he was only six when Apartheid was for the first time introduced in South Africa, meaning that he inhaled the prime in one of the world’s most heinous superiority propaganda.  He tells us that he defied that and hence he went into national liberation struggle.  Writer doubts very much if Zuma is really mentally liberated.
211.  Look, while he professes to having gone national struggle for hatred of the politics of racial superiority, he, born in 1942, just at the ripe time when Eastern Cape tribalists like Mandela and Xuma were taking over the body from its Zulu originators, he to this day fails to see elements of the self-same apartheid in the teachings of Nelson Mandela.  At a time when, with the assistance of some European racists masquerading as communists, uprooted the home of the ANC from the Transvaal (Johannesburg and Daggakraal’s and Volksrust’s Daggakraal) to some place and pre-1912 time in an Eastern Cape with a certain priest who had an whole Easter-Cape organization formed for the purposes of negotiating British-Transkeian issues only.
212.  Zuma was therefore not only born in a pro-Eastern-Cape period, but he was reared to go to an early prison with a tribalistic Eastern-Caper Mandela; leaves for exile to another ex-Eastern-Cape character Oliver Tambo; and comes back to South Africa to becoming a state deputy presidency with another Eastern-Caper with questionable tribal proclivities, Mr Thabo Mbeki!
213.  *

214.  Let us now come back to South Africa: where does Jacob Zuma stand on these issues a few years before the end of his first and clearly very last term in office?
215.  You can be sure: [Like Teacher (pro-Eastern-Cape-Tribalist Mandela) like student (Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma)].
216.  First let me point out our big problem in Africa that the life stories of our heroes, our anti-heroes, and our villains are written by no other than continental foreigners.  The result is: too often, the Europe that exploited Africa turns to dictate to us Africans who are heroes are, and villains.  Too often this Eurocentric approach to literary works on African subjects (like Mandela’s “Long Walk to Freedom” where foreigners were assisting him to write it) end up being works of propaganda.
217.  I believe an African still needs to write the biographies of Nelson Mandela Mr Jacob Zuma and Julius Malema.  What I can do on these few paragraphs is to highlight the Jacob Zuma I know. And let it be fair on my part to comment even about tribalistic atrocities of exile where Mr Zuma was directly or indirectly involved, because Mr Jacob Zuma today, the man who in exile looked on as comrades were being victimized by Eastern-Cape tribal elements , is busy even in 2012 to support the self-same 72-year-old Eastern Cape tribalism started by the likes of A.B. Xuma and Nelson MandelaZuma’s office orders that on 12 December 2011 I should be charged for blowing the corruption on Mandela cousin, Ntombizodwa Bobelo-Zini.  Zuma continues to deny me funds to prosecute my cases at the Constitutional Court and other lower courts.  Despite being defined a struggle-era victim of Human Rights Abuse by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, where I was victimized by Mandelasque Eastern-Cape tribalists like Benson Mandindi and Monezi Gcilitye/ Monezi Gcilitshe who to this day illegally and against UNHCR rules, banished my first wife to Tanzania, Zuma’s office, which has the direct responsibility of doing so, refused to pay me the requisite compensation to enable me a repatriation of my wife, Iringa-Mninga-Village-based Leonilde Makafu and our children.  It is the duty of Mr Zuma’s own office, and very directly so, to dispense such funds or at least to explain to us victims what new status our case has taken.  But Mr Zuma is refusing to assist me because I dared talk about his god, Nelson Mandela as the father of modern Eastern-Cape tribalism in South Africa.

218.  THE VIEW OF NELSON MANDELA AS A SUPERHUMAN FOR THE LIKES OF A JACOB ZUMA HOODWINKED INTO MANDELASQUE EASTERN-CAPE TRIBALISM

219.  The Zuma Machine (umshiniwami) was released came out of Robben Island with Mandelasque pro-Eastern-Cape propaganda dripping from every communication tools of the robot.  Dripping from his tongue; dripping from his Zulu eye; and dripping from his Zulu ear.
220.  In short, he was a complete job for a masterpiece in brainwashing.
221.  Robben Island became an important nodal point in the assembly line of swapping European settler superiority for Tembu superiority, as people who started the ANC as well as the ANC Youth League.  Clearly, therefore: the only reason why Nelson Mandela did not complete his propaganda work (Long Walk to Freedom): in Jacob Zuma’s impressionable mind, he had not only completed his work, but he also boasted a mobile book that would soon be unleashed onto ideologically-undertrained, if unsuspecting guerrillas under training.  He arrived there to spread and to test the ANC gospel according to the heretic Mandela.
222.  It is from the works of the exiled Zuma-type Zulus who were selected into high positions for their political shallowness, that something great happened for Mandelasque Eastern-Cape hegemony. Suddenly military camps and other settlements of both ANC and PAC would later be turned into breeding ground for Xhosa-speaking Mandelasque-Tembu tribal superiority.  All of this tribalism resulted in the several mutinies you read about, chief of which being MK’s so-called umkatashinga around 1983/4, not forgetting the Quatro (Apartheid South Africa’s Johannesburg-based Fort Number-4 “Quatro” exiled to Angola)tortures that resulted from such mutinies.  Come 1994, the pro-Tembu tribalists extended their racism into state employ, locking out thousands of non-Xhosa-speaking former guerillas from state employ while bussing in from the Eastern Cape even civilians to take their places. Mr Jacob Zuma was comfortable with this since his personal fortunes remained safe.
223.  This happened because, to this day Mr JJacob Zuma honestly and truly believes people of the Eastern Cape, particularly the Tembu, are the brightest human beings in South Africa.  The Tembus are the ones who single-handedly initiated all forms of modern struggle be it ANC, ANC Youth League, or trade unionism.  For that matter, even Clemens Kadallie, the pioneer trade unionist with a legacy suppressed and villified with the same verve as that of Seme, “was a Tembu” and any suggestion that he was in fact Tanzanian or Malawian is an insult to the people of South Africa.  How could a kwerekwere come all the way from Malawi to successfully lead the entire South African native work force in the 1920s?
224.  Just as exile saw Mr Zuma co-presiding on a process of Eastern-Cape regionalization of the camps, he is doing exactly the same thing to day as South Africa slowly ebbs to its own societal mutinies i.e. civil war with a populace sick and tired of the widespread Mandelasque Eastern Cape domination Mr Zuma is actively supporting by victimizing the likes of Phiri.
225.  As reader you might recall, though, that that despite the fact that race superiority was racist colonial belief aganinst native African, there were some among the victimized natives who believed that their own brothers and sisters of Azania and Zion, so brown like mother earth, were stupid and not mature enough in comparison with ethnic Europeans.  These were people like 1940s’ Dr.  A.B. Xuma (in whose time Eastern-Cape tribalism started in the ANC).
226.  These were people like the Bantustan leaders (Mr Nelson Mandela’s cousin, Kaiser Daliwonga Matanzima) who led other like-minded fellow-Africans of greed-cum-good-social-standing towards creating phoney independent states in the name of Bantustans during apartheid: they were called Bantustan Prime Ministers or even Presidents!
227.  In short, I have hopefully shown you just how a victim can turn into an agent for his own victimization, especially out of greed.  I have shown you how the human predator can turn its human prey into a sacrificial lamb for its own and very self-immolation for the predators pleasure.
228.  Jacob Zuma is such a one; a man used by Nelson Mandela to create a facade of tribal equality in the exiled ANC, while many Zulus and other ethnic groups other than Eastern-Capers, were being murdered through the 1940’s pro-Eastern-Cape designs of Nelson Mandela (and whoever was helping him).
229.  JACOB ZUMA’S SEASONED HENCHMAN STATUS TO MANDELASQUE TEMBU TRIBALISM IN SOUTH AFRICA
230.  Thus in 1987 or thereabout, when Jacob Zuma the Zulu was the highest security member of the ANC and Umkhonto Wesizwe (MK) he was still continuing to bless or to ignore the murdering of his fellow-Zulus by members of Nelson Mandela’s tribe BECAUSE ZUMA BELIEVES MANDELA IS NOT ONLY GOD, BUT EVERY EX-EASTERN-CAPER IS A MINI-GOD HENCE TODAY IN 2012 HE CONTINUES TO DENY ME STATE FUNDS TO SUCCESSFULY PROSECUTE MY 11-YEAR-OLD CASE A RESULT OF VICTIMIZATION FOR EXPOSING NTOMBIZODWA BOBELO-ZINI, MANDELA’S SELF-STYLED NIECE!
231.  In the same period (around 1987), Comrade Giovanni, a Mr Jacob Zuma’s own fellow Zulu who had come from Chesterville Township, watched week after week, Eastern-Cape Tribalist Stanley Mabizela sending for schooling abroad teams of all-eastern-cape recruits, some of them who were hardly a month fresh from South Africa’s Eastern Cape to land in the Dakawa Camp of Tanzania where Mabizela was the ANC’s Chief Representative.
232.  The proud Zulu Giovanni, erudite as a thinker and dexterous as a tailor, could not take the anti-Zulu humiliation meted out against him for some five solid years in Dakawa.  So he sought to have communication with Oliver Tambo, another ex-Eastern Caper, who had climbed to ANC superiority in the 1940s of Nelson Mandela’s pro-Eastern-Cape tribalism in the assistance of fellow-tribesman Dr Xuma.
233.  London-based Eastern-Caper Oliver Tambo ignored letter after letter from Tanzania-based KwaZulu-Natal Giovanni like he regularly ignored ethnicities other than from his own Eastern Cape.
234.  THE SNAKE IN THE GRASS OF THE GARDEN OF EDEN
235.  Outspoken Giovanni, a veritable fighter against camp tribalism was already a thorn in the side of the ANC.  And so somebody was tasked to set him up and cause him to commit a mistake that will give the tribal authorities licence to persecute or even kill him, EXACTLY LIKE JACOB ZUMA IS DOING BY UNCONSTITUTIONALLY DENYING PHIRI COURT FUNDS WHILE AT THE SAME TIME GOING THROUGH JUDGE AFTER JUDGE FOR THIS OR THAT COURT ORDER AGAINST A FINANCIALLY DEFENCELESS PHIRI IN A PROCESS OF FIGHTING THE COURT WAR STARTED BY MANDELA COUSIN’S WROKPLACE PROSTITUTION AND CORRUPTION BACK IN 2001.

236.  And so, some Xhosa-speaking agent provocateur one day “advised” Giovanni that [Oliver Tambo was not even getting those letters seeing that, to reach him in London, such missives had to go through a string of pro-Eastern-Cape tribalists, not forgetting the Chief Representative, Stanley Mabizela].
237.  “So why, my comrade Giovanni from KwaZulu-Natal not just leave this camp to go yourself to the headquaters of the the ANC, in Lusaka Zambia, to report the discrimination you are suffering for your identiy as a Zulu?” The ex-Eastern-Cape agent provocateur suggestively asked Giovanni.
238.  Giovanni took the fork-tongued advice.  Yet, naturally, the permission for him to get to the Headquarters was refused by Dakawa leadership, among whom were current (Zuma) VIP, Mojo a.k.a. Moreti Johannes Motau and a man who normally passes for for a non-Eastern-Caper when writer’s reliable sources suggest he was born and bred in the Eastern Cape where many of South Africa’s current tribalists in mandelamaniacal Zuma government have roots and a Mozambican-born wife of another ethnic Eastern Caper: she went by the name of Mary Ngozi.
239.  It would seem like, proud Zulu Giovanni subsequently went into a soliloquiy: “When I left South Africa I had no permission from the state with my only permission being my conscience that the state has no right to discriminate against me as a Zulu; and since this camp is busy commiting the same discrimination that we escaped when we left for exile, I am going to leave this Dakawa exile camp for ANC Headquaters WITHOUT PERMISSION”.
240.  MANDELASQUE EASTERN-CAPE TRIBALISM IN SOUTH AFRICA, IN ANGOLA AND IN TANZANIA
241.  Giovanni was caught at Tunduma bordergate en route to Zambia.  He was brought back to Morogoro (Mazimbu and Dakawa) where he was subsequently subjected by ethnic Eastern Cape security officer “Comrade Stalin” (Sibling to Soweto-based Xhosa-speaking one Zuma’s Sergeant N.S.P. Martin, an army clerk who died some time between 2010-2011
242.  ) and some two other tribalists to torture till he died.  Among the people who may have given instructions for the anti-Zulu tribal torture of Giovanni are most likely one Xhosa-speakers Robert Mance and Andrew Masondo, a former Wits University Maths lecturer, turned freedom fighter in the Eastern-Cape, banished to KwaZulu-Natal only to vanish to exile where, as most native Xhosa speaker with some education, he was promptly raised by fellow-Eastern-Caper Oliver Tambo to the highest of positions.  Masondo was the national commissar of the exiled ANC when he went out to destroy Zulus and other non-Xhosa comrades in exile.  I was there in a Luanda-Angola military camp, when a Zulu prince, half his bones broken in a previous vicious attack instigated by the Eastern-Cape tribalists, accused Masondo in his face for having ordered the assault with GBH on the prince.
243.  In an all-Xhosa-speaking assembly of leaders, the late Chris Hani (then Army Commissar), a Mr Nkobi (Treasurer-General), a Mr Mkeba or something (then ANC Chief Representative to Angola), and a frail-looking fellow with some forgettable name, “an ANC intelligence chief”were also there in that gathering when us guerillas were questiong the leadership for their ongoing Eastern-Cape tribalism in the camps which had a few months before caused a mutiny popularly known: umkatashinga.
244.  It was not long after His Royal Highness, Prince and Comrade Sipho Zulu confronted Masondo, than Oliver Tambo suggested a “demotion”. Masondo was sent over to become the principal of Solomon Mahlangu High College in Morogoro, Tanzania where, not long after, he was accused of having raped and impregnated a school girl whom the Oliver Tambo authorities quickly subjected to an abortion to cover the scandal whereafter she was punished rather than the rapist!
245.  CAMP TRIBAL HISTORY AND SEX REPEATING ITSELF UNDER ZUMA’S ADMINISTRATION
246.  It is the son of alleged 20th century raper-of-a-Solomon-Mahlangu-juvenile (Andrew Masondo), that another 21st century 70-year-old alleged raper of a 30-year-old HIV-cross-infectable daughter of a friend, the self-same 70-year-old Jacob Zuma recently put into the second highest rank in a security department writer and blogger am disallowed to mention by order of a Judge Webster.  And this particular Eastern-Cape-rooted Masondo son, is the man who received direct orders from mandelamaniacal Zuma to have writer and blogger for the umpteenth time charged on 12 December 2011 for having written a grievance to the President of the Republic of South Africa surrounding both the prostituion acts and corruption self-styled Mandela cousin Ntobizodwa Bobelo Zini (Eastern-Cape).

247.  OLIVER TAMBO YET ANOTHER PRO-EASTERN-CAPE MENTOR FOR IMPRESSIONABLE JACOB ZUMA
248.  But back to exile where Zuma’s mandelomaniacal tribal machine was perfected, all the while of Andrew Masondo and Xhosa-speaking company were allegedly molesting and killing other tribes, particularly the Zulu, Mr Zuma very well knew about this.  Zuma knew about many other pro-Eastern-Cape Mandelasque tribalism against South Africans.  Yet he did not lift a finger, satisfying himself with only marrying this or that other nice girl that arrives to exile for his fancies.  Zuma believed that what Eastern-Capers did against non-Eastern-capers was fair, of course as long as he personally was still living in clover.
249.  I have written
250.  About the story of Giovanni’s torture to death.
251.  About Julius Nyerere’s/Ali Hassan Mwinyi’s decision to take the extraordinary step of getting into Mazimbu’s ANC settlement, take out the body of the deceased from the bottom of the nearby river the tribalists had turned into his grave, and arrest the killers of Giovanni.
252.  About my own journalistic verifications of this story when I visited Stalin and company in jail where we in fact spent a week together (with me masquerading as an artificial inmate).
253.  I have also written about ex-Eastern-Cape Oliver Tambo’s attempt to negotiate a release of the killers (Oliver Tambo clearly did not understand why the political killing of a Zulu under his own Eastern-cape leadership was a crime in Tanzania in 1986 when 40 years before and under ANC leadership by another Eastern-Caper Dr Xuma in South Africa, the political killing of another Zulu Anton Lembede was also a non-event).
254.  Never once did Jacob Zuma, a supposed “proud Zulu”, protest such wanton killings of his own race, with the only Zulu I know could have made waves being the venerable communist, Comrade Moses Mncane Mabhida whose glor Mr Jacob Zuma would now like to steal by telling the world: [“Moses Mabhida died in my arms”].
255.  One is tempted to ask: “Died in your arms? So what, Mr?”

256.  THE TRIBAL CONDOM THAT REFUSED TO UNSHEATH AND REFUSES TO SHIFT FROM MANGAUNG
257.  In any case, one day, the Mandelasque Eastern-Cape tribalists woke up with the decision their Zulu condom has seen some over-use, and a corruption case involving among others Schabir Shaik was the means for unsheathing the undesirable prophylaxis.
258.  The condom found its voice.  It went on national TV telling everybody how it was being unsheathed purely because it was a Zulu condom rather than an Eastern-Cape one.  And the condom said: “I am 100% only a Zulu boy, and please protect your Zuluness through me”.
259.  And the people who know so well about tribal atrocities of exile against Zulus and other ethnicities, heeded an opportuninistic condom.
260.  Zulu-speakers and non-Zulu speakers alike cried foul from Cape Town in the south where fair-minded Xhosa-speakers supported Zuma; to Musina in the north where firebrand fighter Julius Malema’s was interpreted as sayinng “We will kill for Zuma”.
261.  and so Zuma was not only saved from the artificially-inspired prison cell, BUT HE BECAME THE NEXT PRESIDENT OF THE ANC, which put him in firm line to becoming head of state.
262.  The rest is history!
263.  Or is it?
264.  THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN REMOVE JUST LIKE THAT A FORM OF RACISM LIKE EASTERN-CAPE REGIONALISM.  Not with the employment of a Zulu dancer!
265.  HOW THE SPRIGBOKS THRASHED THE ALL BLACKS IN NEW ZEALAND
266.  If Zuma were the indolent but well-supported coach of the All Blacks of New Zealand (“a country against all forms of Mandelasque tribalism and white racism”), Thabo Mbeki was the man with the enviable role of a moribund coaching career for the Springboks who wanted to test in Polokwane the effects of the out-of-the-pitch body blows against Coach Zuma: the rape case and the corruption case with Schabir Schaik.
267.  Coach Thabo Mbeki went into the Springbok battle with two options for achieving victory.  Play an win now against the All Blacks or if defeat is imminent, cause a reason for a rematch.  Indeed, the first round (called the “trouncing of Mbeki by Zuma at Polokwane”) proved beyond all reasonable doubt that Mandelasque Eastern Cape tribalism was about to be buried forever in South Africa.
268.  And so the Springbok team brought in Option Two to play, a kind of match-fixing deal they sold to Zuma for a definite All Blacks Win to the Union Building and the presidency of South Africa:  and our greedy All Blacks coach swallowed the easy-win bait which is coming back to haunt him now as of February 2012:  THE SPY TAPES THE EASTERN CAPE TRIBALISTS IN THE INTELLIGENCE CIRCLES GAVE TO MR ZUMA IN ORDER TO BE IN THE UNION BUILDING TODAY.
269.  ZUMA’S SELF-GIFTED HOBSON’S CHOICE THAT IS DESCENDING INTO A HOBO’S CHOICE.
270.  Jacob Zuma has got all systems going to get Goodman Manyanya Phiri in jail or the grave or both soon for daring to talk about his infallible god, Mr Nelson Mandela.  Yet Goodman Manyanya Phiri am writing here that, on the contrary, it is Mr Jacob Zuma who, before the end of 2012, will be either knocking on his own jail cell or his grave, depending of course on who is bolder to take the move against him.
271.  The first possible attacker comes from the camp of the disillusioned people of South who had voted Zuma with hopes he stops all forms of tribalism in this country, a job that Zuma has since sniffed at while snuffing around for top jobs that his relatives and a few other Zulus could pounce at while he is still in power.  And that is not enough even for his own Zulu nation; and methinks they will get him killed right there at his background KwaZulu Natal the first time they get a chance to do it.
272.  The second possible attacker against Zuma, is thelegal type that comes from the Mandelasque Eastern-Cape tribalists that he not only defeated in Polokwane with the vote trouncing of Thabo Mbeki, but also had this extraordinary naivette to go further and receive from the same tribal characters, “The spy tapes to save him the embarassment of standing in court for his alleged corruption”.
273.  To understand this line of thinking, you must keept in mind that Zuma came in power as a Zulu rather a Zuma.  He could have been a Cele taxi-driver, a Makhathini doctor a Qwabe singer he would still have been elected ANC president because the Zulus like all other ethnic groups in South Africa (but particularly the Zulus who, together with the Swazis, are the prime initiators of the ANC idea) were sick and tired of the all-Eastern-cape dominance the consecutive presidencies of Oliver TamboNelson Mandela and Thabo Mbeki had sunk their ANC into from the year 1967 (when a Zulu Albert Luthuli was assassinated ostensibly by supporters of Eastern-Cape regionalsim) until 2007, A SHAMEFUL TOTAL OF 40 YEARS OF NAKED TRIBALISM!
274.  Under those circumstances, even the worst dye-hard Mandelasque Tembu tribalist could feel that the time has come to allow someone other than from the Eastern-Cape to rule the ANC, and so they settled for a win-win situation, whereby, with Zuma having swallowed their bait of the spytapes, he would at least be bridled every time he goes to the public sector to try and reverse the well-entreched Easern-Cape dominance (in all state deparments and in all natinal cultural aspects).  Whenever he threatened anything like that, they were alwas going to show him the sharp knife with which they are capable to shred the spy tapes standing between Zuma and the prison, between Zuma the respected president and a man under impeachement prior to going back to court.
275.  That way, the Mandelasque Tembu tribalists were convinced they will stay safe in their 40 to 60-year domination of the ANC and its recent government structures, because it takes ANOTHER 40 YEARS to change a nation’s culture and racial foibles that took place the previous 40 and the tribalists were convinced that however great Zuma’s time as ruler would be for the people of KwaZulu Natal and other tribes previously down-trodden by Mandela’s fellow-Eastern-Capers, HE AND HIS SUCCESSORS WOULD NEVER OBLITERATE THE STANDING OF EASTERN-CAPE AS THE POLITICAL THINK TANK OF SOUTH AFRICA AND SO BEFORE THE YEAR 2030 THERE DEFINITELY WILL BE YET ANOTHER EX-EASTERN-CAPE TO TAKE OVER THE REIGNS ‘OUR ANC AND US AS XHOSA-SPEAKERS AND NATIVES OF THE EASTERN CAPE’.
276.  This was the orinal idea with the spy tapes, with a Zuma turning out to be the best state president ever of South Africa.  But then Zuma did something quite extraodinary, and somethign they had never even dreamt could happen.  He suddenly confirmed their 40-year-old statements of tribalism of the 1940 where Eastern-Capers were the better thinkers and doers than the Zulus ANC Founder Dr Pixley Seme and ANCYL Founder Anton Lembede!  Where Zulus were nothing except savages only too ready to fight for what they can’t handle: government.  Zuma then became the best gift Mandelasque tribalists could ever get!
277.  Calling it true Zuluness, Zuma got the reputationof going from house to house wherever his friends have daughters, to seek sex.  Zuma even went to the United States of America, if a certain Kola Boof is to be believed, to seek sex with models while his five or so wives remained waiting for thier conjugal rights from one man.  That, too, it would seem, Mr Zuma would sell as being “true Zulu”, this image of course destroying everything that Zulu Founder Shaka Zulu built with a strict regime of executing adulterers.
278.  Beacuse of this national embarrassment to all Zulus, as of this writing, there is no proud Zulu who wants to be associated with Jacob Zuma.  As of this writing there is no proud Zulu who can fight for Zuma to retain power even for one single more day.  This, is South Africa’s biggest open secret despite the fact that membership to the ANC has soared in Zuma’s home province since he becasme president.
279.  These new members, are the vulgar masses, those who are hungry, naked and resident in the squatter camps that Zuma promised jobs and all heaven and earth if only they joined his ANC to vote him for the second as President in Mangaung.  But guess what?  It is the Zulu intellectuals among them, those who know how to work with votes and the systems that accompany such voting processes.  It is the intellectuals who know how to cut cross-cultural deals (with Pedi-speaking Malema, with Tswana-speaking Motlanthe etc).  It is also these self-same Zulu intellecutals who are fuming, albeit secretly, at Zuma’s anti-Zulu culturual campaigns be it in Soweto or in New York.  Finally, these are the delegates that will leave KwaZulu Natal for Mangaung to cast a vote for Zuma’s second term.  It is a secret ballot.  And that is exactly how they will avenge themselves on a Zulu who insulted their Zuluness with his lascivity and greed!
280.  That, of course, if Zuma politically survives to see December 2012, which Writer and Blogger thinks will be nothing short of a miracle.
281.  The Mandelasque Eastern-Cape tribalists have already realized that Zulu pride has already been thoroughly destroyed b Mr Jacob Zuma.  And so they can now move in any moment to claim from Zuma their pound of flesh.  And they want him (o how I write to support them maybe for different reasons) out fo power before December 2012. Hence the Democratic Alliance’s move to the Appellate Division of South Africa’s Supreme Court in a bid to reverse the decison taken to bait Zuma with the spy tapes in the first place.
282.  You will recall that the DA, the official opposition in South Africa, is regarded as the post-apartheid bastion for former white supremacists.  I do not know why the DA seems to struggle in shaking off this image about itself.  In any event, most of its members who count, think, and strategize for the party, are coming from the so-called white grouping even if the DA may not be a majority white organization, a status I doubt to disqualify them with the stroke of my computer keyboard here.
283.  The link between the DA’s current moves for the spy tapes and the designs of Mandelasque Eastern-Cape tribalists becomes crystal clear when you recall that the public sector, as shown by acts of workplace Mandelasque Eastern-Cape tribalism and often so-called white racism (which is in fact only a tentacle of the tribalism) is currently the melting pot for all political thinking, conspiracies and all that comes with it.  This same public sector is pro-Eastern-Cape tribalistic as it is pro-white racist because the majority of the topmost positions in the government of Zuma and his predecessors are occupied by these two tribes AND YOU CAN BE SUE THAT WHEN THE REMOVAL OF THE SPY TAPES FROM THE SPY VAULTS IN FROM SOME DITHERING HEIGHTS OF SOME INTELLIGENCE ORGANIZATION WHICH IS A STATE ORGAN, IT WAS IN SOME COMPANY OF ETHNIC EUROPEANS (PROBABLY PRO-D.A.) AND SOME ETHNIC EASTERN-CAPER (PRO-ANC WHEN ITS LEADERSHIP AS UNDER MBEKI AND MANDELA PROMOTES BRAZEN PRO-EASTERN-CAPE TRIBALISM).
284.  Now you can be sure the DA is working hand in glove with Zuma’s comrades from the Eastern Cape in this.  They hope to regain full control of their party once Zuma is down and out; but tey do not want to come out into the open themselves, for fear that their future agent tribalism in the presidency of both party and state, may face unwarranted boycott from the Province of KwaZulu Natal which may look on fallen Zuma as a martyr.
285.  So, use the the DA for that process! See?

286.  HOW DID JACOB ZUMA COME INTO THIS SOUP?

287.  It originates from his pleasure-seeking nature at variance with his oratorial statements as someone who cares for the people of South Africa!  That hand that had always fed his greed from the day he left prison for exile.  That hand that he bit when he challenged Thabo Mbeki’s zany but Mandelasque-tribally sanctified bid of becoming the first post-apartheid ANC president without being state president (he constitutionally could not become “third-term state president”).  That same hand knows very well the depth of Jacob Zuma’s weakness for the easy life.
288.  And so, This Great Hand gave the every-hungering Zuma the well-baited spy tapes.  He was already in the Union Building, munching away at his Spy Tapes Freebie when he realized that he had already bitten his lower lip through a barbed hook, giving him what looked like a Hobson’s choice.
289.  The first choice was to fall into the pocket of Mandelasque Eastern Cape tribalists and pretend there is no such tribalism and never was in South Africa hence the Goodman Manyanya Phiris who blow the whistle about such tribalism and the wanton corruption that goes with it, SHALL FACE THE FULL MIGHT OF ZUMA GOVERNMENT FOR WRITING LIES ABOUT THE PERFECT AND SUPERPERFECT RELATIVES OF NELSON MANDELA LIKE NTOMBIZODWA BOBELO-ZINI.

290.  Zuma of course, chose the latter.  It in any case ensures him the very same life of clover he enjoyed in exile a Zulu while other Zulus were persecuted and often executed for nothing else except their Zuluness.
291.  When everybody thought we have buried once and for all the 70-year-old Mandelasque tribalism in South Africa, the tribalists who constitute half of the highest structure of any security deparments National Intelligence continued and still continue to conduct government workplace victimization of non-Xhosa speakers in South Africa
292.  Like he had done in exile, he turned a blind eye or simply “forgot” about his persecuted fellow Zulus like Goodman Manyanya Phiri whose first cousin-removed Swazi Queenmother Labotsibeni materially contributed to founding the ANC like no other monarch inasmuch as no other man intellectually contributed more than Labotsibeni’s son in law (the Zulu Dr Pixley Seme) did, Mandela’s Seme wish-aways nothwithstanding.
293.  He has forgotten fellow-Zulu-speaking Helen Seme, except of course when he needs her just to create hype for teh ANC Centenary and similar gatherings.
294.  He has forgotten fellow Zulu, Mr Vezindaba Seme, except for menial jobs like putting up posters in the streets of Durban despite the fact that Mr Vezindaba’s paternal grandfather, a fact that Mr Zuma and Mr Mandela would like to deny of course out of pro-Eastern tribalism, was the founder of the ANC.
295.  Mr Zuma calls Nelson Mandela “The Father of The ANC and Father of The Nation”.  Where have you ever seen a father being born after the son, my friend? The years 1918 and 1912? Do they ring a bell?

296.  The second one of the set of Hobson’s choices was, one day soon to return to court and answer for the charges of corruption alongside Schabir Shaik, the moment the tribalists cut from his escape parachute the strings that are still in the tribalists hands (the strings being the wheres, whos, whys and hows of the exchange in the spy tapes from a government high-security department to an individual called Jacob Zuma and the weightiness of the tapes themselves as a springboard from which Zuma could have sufficiently escaped prosecution for graft).

297.  Had Zuma’s attitude not been that of indolence, self-seeking,, and ignoring the suffering of other South Africans like Phiri from even the days of exile (a weakness the tribalists knew so well), he would not be standing where he is today.
298.  All that he had to do after beating Thabo Mbeki in Polokwane was to accept the spy tapes as given to him (nobody put a gun on his head to say accept or don’t accept the tapes).
299.  He was supposed thereafter to go to court and to answer to the allegations put to him. And ONLY AT THE END OF THE TRIAL, WHICH WOULD PROBABLY FIND HIM GUILTY BY THE LOOK OF THE SHEER NUMBER AND GRAVITY OF THE CHARGES HE FACE,... but only then produced the tapes!  (Because you have a reputation to save as a future state president, he was supposed to fight for that reputation first and only after failing in that department, then attack the procedural fairness via the spy tapes).
300.  But Mr Zuma, so fond of shortcuts, so won’t to abuse power, even exile power, for own pleasure than to protect smaller men like Phiri or Giovanni.
301.  Mr Zuma who wrongly believed, that, after having received world-wide noriety after endagering with cross-infection, the life of a frail, HIV-positve, 30-year-old woman by having with her unprotected sex, “[HE HAD NO REPUTATIONS WHATSOVER TO TO SAVE]”
302.  Now it is Payback time for your shortcuts, Mr!  And no amount of victimizing Phiri with denial of state funds to prosecute a case like every whistleblower ought to receive, will give you any mercy from the Mandelasque Xhosa tribalists in your company.  They want out and they want you out soon!
303.  There is nobody today who is your friend, Mr Jacob Zuma and Henchman for the Mandela Extended Family like Temba Templeton Matanzaima and Fellow-tribespeople like Ntombizodwa Bobelo-Zini who together in Mandelasque Tembu Tribalism 2012 abuse South Africa’s Security Force Power For Corruption and Victimization of Whistle-Blowing Other Security Members With Your MyopicZumaphoid Support, Sir! Not your fellow Zulus! Not Phiri! Not the Mandelasque tribalists you tried to please by victimizing me!  Not even your bodyguards!
304.  I wonder how pitiful you feel every night when, after reaching home, you prepare to go to bed with the full knowledge that anybody from anywhere tomorrow, can be either your political or even your vital assassin!  You will be deserving one you get.  You worked so hard for it, Mr!
305.  And it is all called karma a.k.a. what goes round comes round a.k.a. the law of the universe!

306.  THE COOKIE BUSY CRUMBLONG FOR A JACOB ZUMA IN THE POCKET OF PRO-EASTERN-CAPE TRIBALISTS
307.  In South Africa, Mr Jacob Zuma was a few years ago overwhelmingly elected into power by people, the Pedi of Polokwane, who not even his own ethnic group. Zuma was looked upon as a non-tribalist, a true child of the Nation (South Africa) for whom the nation stood together to defend. And Province Limpopo and its firebrand Julius Malema confirmed the Zulu Zuma’s status as a true Nationalist.

308.  Yet things have changed now as Zuma seems to have come into power to dish out crucial postions to a few, well connected and strategically-placed fellow Zulus, to the extent that his home province, KwaZulu Natal, obviously mellowing to the largesse from the State President, has in five years moved from a lousy Number 4 ANC Province to One!  Polokwane has already effectively rejected him (2011) for a second term ANC presidency.
309.  *
310.  Of course we are back in South Africa now and have left places like Nigeria, Libya or the Great Lakes!
311.  Mr Jacob Zuma was a few years ago overwhelmingly elected into power by people, the Pedi of Polokwanne, who not even his own ethnic group. Zuma was looked upon as a non-tribalist, a true child of the Nation South Africa for whom the nation stood together to defend. And Province Limpopo and its firebrand Julius Malema confirmed the Zulu Zuma’s status as a true Nationalist.
312.  Yet things have changed now as Zuma seems to have come into power to dish out crucial postions to a few, well connected and strategically-placed fellow Zulus, to the extent that his home province, KwaZulu Natal, obviously mellowing to the largesse from the State President, has in five years moved from a lousy Number 4 ANC Province to One.  Polokwane has has already effectively rejected him (2011) for a second term ANC presidency.

313.  Where Polokwane is concerned there is a question that now arose.  When is Mr Jacob Zuma going to go back to Polokwane to sell himself once again as a good president who is worthy of a second term of office, should the ANC so uninformedly nominate him for such come December?

314.  This question interests us students of morality and faithfulness and you know the credentials of Mr Zuma where those are concerned.

315.  In a nutshell, Mr Zuma is bothered least about what thinketh the province (Polokwane) that is the primacy of those that elected him.
316.  Aas from January 2012 is ready, from his powerful office given him “by Julius Malema’s daft Pedi people”, to hand out more state positions to Zulu-speakers who, bu the way, are South Africa’s largest ethnic group.  Of course this will have the domino effect that he gets voted in for second term in December!
317.  If you are a moralist, Hey, wake up and smell the coffee! A vote is a vote! Whether it was achieved trough Zulu tribalism IT IS STILL BUT ANOTHER ENTIRELY LEGAL TENDER FOR MR ZUMA’S RETURN TO POWER!
318.  [Born in Sirte, to apparently lead a national leadership life in preferences for fellow-Sirtans, to fight his last defensive fight in Sirte and to be executed in Sirte,  Colonel Gaddafi’s life and death must surely be instructive study for many a tribalist].
319.  Otherwise history will indeed teach us one and only one thing only, which is that History teaches us nothing.  What, despite nationwide clamours and thumbsdowns, makes Mr Zuma, stay well-contented to hear only his home turf KwaZulu-Natal clamouring [Zuma is material enough for a second term as South Africa's President]?
320.  *
321.  Talking of which, was it a good advice that Mr Zuma reportedly received [not to open the ANC's Provincial Conference for fear of being ridiculed?].  I mean, would Julius Sello Malema have got one of the lowest three votes into the Provincial Executive Committee had Mr. Zuma's advisors seen the wisdom of having the ANC party boss attend the provincial gathering notwithstanding the musical dressing down so akin to his own umshini wami musical challenge to then party president Mr Thabo Mbeki?

322.  Why do Mr Zuma's current advisors apparently think then ANC Party President Mbeki, knowing full well that KwaZulu-Natal was political no-go area for him then, STILL DID GO TO ADDRESS HIS KZN MEMBERS?  Why did he brave the insults of even being called iwewe, a word that some have interpreted from South Africa's Kwaito musical genre to mean "The Vagina"?

323.  OK, I will break that last question down for those readers who are either non-South African or South African on non-Zulu stock or are even AmaZulu who do not understand Zulu history prior to the arrival of the white man.

324.  Why did Zulu King and Founder, His Majesty Shaka Zulu (and his Tonga predecessors) fully employ somebody (uhlanya or insila if I remember my Zulu history well) somebody for the purposes of verbally cartooning or caricaturing him?

325.  A question for those, who, like Mr Zuma, seem to think that Europeans in South Africa deAfricanized the land in all respects with not a single one African tradition that these settlers revived.  Why are they modern "Africanists" today busy attacking newspaper cartoonists like Zapiro and enacting anti-writing laws (so-called Secrecy Bill that Mr Zuma will be signing into law any time the signing mood grips him) if Zulu founder Shaka (a man whom they claim to be following) formally accepted ridicule (ukwetukwa) even of himself?

326.  Anyway, since when is ridicule not part and parcel of political leadership?

327.  Or was Mr Jacob Zuma, Ladies and Gentlemen of his immediate political counsel,  going to go to Polokwane as "President of the Republic of South Africa"?

328.  If so, is that not the exact root problem in South Africa that people around the State President are perhaps not clearly advising the head of state as to when to wear the hat of State Presidency? Have they clearly not advised him “You are the boss of these people always wearing your executive presidential hat whatever you do and wherever you go”? Was Mr Zuma going to wear the presidential hat if he had attended the Polokwane gathering as had earlier been expected?

331.  ...Even though we supported smuts’ position, his visit provoked much discussion.  During one session, a contemporary of mine, Nyathi Khongisa, who was considered an extremely clever fellow, condemned Smuts as a racist.  He said that we might consider ourselves ‘black Englishmen’, but the English had oppressed us at the same time that they tried to ‘civilize’ us.  Whatever the mutual antagonism between Boer and British, he said, the two white groups would unite to confront the black threat.  Khongisa’s views stunned us and seemed dangerously radical.  A fellow student whispered to me that Nyathi was a member of the African National Congress, an organization that I had vaguely heard of but knew very little about....During my second year at Fort Hare, I invited my friend Paul Mahabane to spend the winter holidays with me in the Transkei.  Paul was from Bloemfontein and was well known on campus because his father, the Reverend Zaccheus Mahabane, had twice been president-general of the African National Congress.  His connection with this organization, about which I still knew very little, gave him the reputation of a rebel.

332.  “PART THREE: BIRTH OF A FREEDOM FIGHTER”

333.  Mandela meets Anton Lembede for the first time in Soweto at Sisulu’s, well inspired by Dr Pixley Seme to Found the Youth League. Propaganda rules dictacte that, to elevate Sisulu (a relative too many of whom is in 2012 cahoots with Mandela’s to victimize Phiri with the help of Mandelamaniacal Zuma) the intellectual giant Lembede has to be met at nonentity Sisulu’s.  Yet is far more likely that Mandela met Lembede at Seme’s where he was frequenting, again for the food as well as legal lessons!
334.  Anyway, according to the Mandela version, he, among others, then accompanies Lembede to ANC President Xuma to demand (“demand” toned down in Mandela’s rendition of the occasion) the acceptance of the Seme-Lembede-draft of the proposed Youth League constitution.  Yet Seme’s hand nowhere appears in this Mandela narration.  Lembede was to be poisoned to death soon after he had founded the ANC Youth League. Mandela, who was there when Lembede was assassinated, says absolutely nothing in his book about the demise of a Zuluman that he [saw as a future president of not just the nascent youth league, but also the mother-body ANC proper].
335.  I am tempted to believe that to Mandela, the death of Lembede was good riddance to bad Zulu rubbish when all the assassinations of those days, be they character, or real, had one sole purpose: to to unfairly give the Xhosa-speaking Eastern Cape of Nelson Mandela the preponderance in the leadership structures and a form of stark tribalism whereby all the posterity of each Xhosa-speaker who rose as Zulu was assassinated will forever will forever be deified in South Africa.  That is how, Sisulu’s, Mandela’s, Tambo’s and you name them all will have relatives, their children, grandchildren and great-greats, swarming Zulu-speaking Dr Pixley Seme’s ANC and Zulu-speaking Anton Lembede’s ANC Youth League for senior positions at all costs.  It all started in the 1940s that Mandela is further embellishing for the Xhosa-speaking leader here, particularly the Tembu like himself, and the half-Tembu half-British Walter Sisulu.
336.  GIVE A DOG A LONG ROPE AND HANG HIM.
337.  If my temptation brought me to the bull’s eye, then Mandela is a saint; for there there is another and even more sinister possibility why Mandela is silent over the hit on youthful Anton Muziwake Lembede.  It is for the reason that, among its many sisinter aims, the book Long Walk to Freedom, with all its “geniuses” like Mandela’s Dr Majombozi and the “idealism and mysticism” of Anton Muziwake Lembede, was written for the very purpose of assassinating the character of Anton Muziwake Lembede so as to justify why Mandela “destined” to becoming the first democratic president of South Africa, would never lift a finger into an inquest of who assassinated Anton Muziwake Lembede.  It follows then that Mandela would then be knowing the identify of the Anton Muziwake Lembede assassins and he would have been in cahoots with them.  The act of giving a dog a bad name and the act of hanging him will always have one hand, or at least one think tank Mandela must start telling us some things so that he can die in peace or die tormented at the prospect of meeting a Anton Muziwake Lembede or Dr Pixley ka Isaka Seme fuming with revenge on the other side of River Jordan.

338.  Anyway, and the stage was firmly set to hide from posterity the crucial role played herein by Dr Pixley Seme who was frequently overheard by his teenage daughter Helen repeattedly urging Lembede to work on his idea of a Youth League. The sequel to Mandela getting to know Lembede from the Sisulu’s house, subsequently sees Mandela frequenting the Practice (office) of Lembede’s mentor (Seme)  alongside Lembede to get more instruction on how to found the Youth League, if not to practise law there! Mandela was not aware all that time that there was this teenager who was uninvolved with the buzz and bustle in her father’s office, but had a keen ear on what was being discussed.  And this is the girl, who, now, in her 80s, has come to embarrass Mandela and show huge holes of untruths in his autobiography.

339.  PAGE 110-114
340.                        Intro: It is interesting that Mr Nelson Mandela, who was so close to his Soweto-resident fellow-Tembu-tribesman (Walter Sisulu) whom he now elevates to his mentor to the exclusion of the affluent-Sophiatown-resident-and-more-senior-Seme-the-Zulu (ANC Founder and ANC Youth League Inspirer) who even helped Mandela acquire his law articles, does not tell us how Sisulu, a suffering illegitimate child between “white” and “black” (shunned by both ethnic Europeans and ethnic Africans), acquired his property and Mandela’s haunts in Soweto.

341.                        Even to the knowledge of Mandela’s aged mind, there is folklore doing the rounds in Soweto and other traditionally so-called black townships.  It relates to how Mandelasque Tembu tribalists came to make a presence in Soweto and other townships of a Gauteng Province traditionally and primarily populated by the Zulu, the Swazi and the South Sotho.
342.                        The folklore teaches that a Xhosa-speaking Mandelasque Tembu will never intentionally make a lasting relationship with a non-Xhosa speaker.  It teaches that, if you ever find him or her in such a relalationship, it is because they want something very material from such a relationship and immediately out thereafter!

343.                        For background, some beauty observers of course reserve some of their highest notches for maidens of the Eastern Cape.  And so, the wisest among the grannies of Soweto, Mamelodi and other ancient Gauteng townships will tell you sad stories of how extended family members lost their property to Mandelasque tribal Tembus in the middle of the 20th century, the very period when Nelson Mandela, and mentor, Walter Sisulu, came to Gauteng.

Page 78
345.                        ..I had arranged to stay with one of my cousins, Garlick Mbekeni in George Goch Township.  Garlick was a hawker who sold clothing, and had a small box-like house.  He was a friendly, solicitous man, and after I had been there a short while, I told him that my real aspiration was to be a lawyer.  He commended me for my ambition and said he would think about what I had said.
346.                        A few days later, Garlick told me that he was taking me to see “one of our best people in Johannesburg”.  We took the train to the office of an estate agent in Market Street, a dense and rollicking thoroughfare with trams groaning with passengers, pavement vendors on every street, and a sense that wealth and riches were just around the next corner.
347.                        ...(page 79) I was introduced to a man who looked to be in his late twenties, with an intelligent and kindly face, light in complexion, and dressed in a double-breasted suit.  Despite his youth, he seemed to me an experienced man of the world.  He was from the Transkei, but spoke English with a rapid urban fluency.  To judge from his well-populated waiting room and his desk piled high with papers, he was a busy and successful man.  But he did not rush us and seemed genuinely interested in our errand.  His name was Walter Sisulu.
348.                        Sisulu’s office specialized in properties for Africans.  In the 1940s, there were still quite a few areas where freehold properties could be purchased by Africans, smallholdings located in such places as Alexandra and Sophiatown.  In some of these areas, Africans had owned their own homes for several generations.  The rest of the African areas were municipal townships containing matchbox houses for which the residents paid rent to the Johannesburg City Council.

349.                        For an example, a Tembu couple would move all the way from the Eastern Cape with one and only one intention: to get free and instant property ownership in Soweto, Mamelodi or some other township in the richest province, Gauteng.
350.                        As a matter of course, they will look for a family headed by a man into skirt-chasing.
351.                        On arrival at the aimed township and the targeted household, they would “cease” to be spouses, and go to becoming “siblings”.  Say now the house targeted belongs to a Tswana family of Kgatla stock.
352.                        And so, before very long, the lascivious Kgatla makes his decision that his wife is “uglier” than than the “Xhosa-speaking sister” who came with a “brother” to be subtenants in the household.  And besides, the new woman is ready for marriage only if suitor is prepared to pay lobola to the “brother” over and above divorcing his current wife with whom they had trekked all the way from Botswana to South Africa’s Gauteng, the many children born in that bornd notwithstanding.

353.                        As you might know (and please skip this paragraph if you are younger than 18),that the brain of any male species is as long as his erect penis, it does not take long for the love-sick landlord to process the divorce papers or more conveniently, to get his wife killed by tsotsis all in preparation for the marriage with a nymph from the Eastern Cape!
354.                        A year or two down the line, of course, he too follows his wife to the mortuary and the inevitable grave!

355.                        My dear readership, Sometimes I just love to leave the rest of my stories for your easiest in imaginative toying!
356.  Walter [Sisulu’s] house in Orlando [Soweto] was a Mecca for activists and ANC members.  It was a warm, welcoming pace and I was often there to sample either a political discussion or Ma Sisulu’s cooking.  One night in 1943 I met Anton Lembede, who held Master of Arts and Bachelor of Law degrees, and Peter Mda.  From the moment I heard Lembede speak, I knew I was seeing a magnetic personality who thought in original and often startling ways.  He was then one of a handful of African lawyers in the whole of South Africa and was the legal partner of the venerable Dr Pixley ka Seme, one of the founders of the ANC.
357.  Lembede said that Africa was a black man’s continent, and it was up to Africans to reassert themselves and reclaim what was rightfully theirs.  He hated the idea of the black inferiority complex and castigated what he called the worship and idolization of the West and its ideas.  The inferiority complex, he affirmed, was the greatest barrier to liberation.  He noted that wherever the African had been given the opportunity, he was capable of developing to the same extent as the white man, citing such African heroes as Marcus Garvey, W.E.B. Du Bois and Haile Selassie.  ‘The colour of my skin is beautiful,’ he said, ‘like the black soil of Mother Africa.’  He believed blacks had to improve their own self-image before they could initiate successful mass action.  He preached self-reliance and self-determination, and called his philosophy Africanism.  We took it for granted that one day he would lead the ANC.
358.  Lembede declared that a new spirit was stirring among the people, that ethnic differences were melting away, that young men and women thought of themselves as Africans first and foremost, not as Xhosas or Ndebeles or Tswanas.  Lembede, whose father was an illiterate Zulu peasant from Natal, had trained as a teacher at Adam’s College, an American Board of Missions institution.  He had taught for years in the Orange Free State, learned Afrikaans, and had come to see Afrikaner nationalism as a prototype of African nationalism.
359.  As Lembede later wrote in the newspaper Inkundla Yabantu, an African newspaper in Natal:
360.  The history of modern times is the history of nationalism.  Nationalism has been tested in the people’s struggles and the fires of battle and found to be the only antidote against foreign rule and modern imperialism.  It is for that reason that the great imperialistic powers feverishly endeavour with all their might to discourage and eradicate all nationalistic tendencies among their alien subjects; for that purpose huge and enormous sums of money are lavishly expended on propaganda against nationalism which is dismissed as ‘narrow’, ‘barbarous’, ‘uncultured’,   ‘devilish’ etc.  Some alien subjects become dupes of this sinister propaganda and consequently become tools or instruments of imperialism, for which great service they are highly praised by the imperialistic power and showered with such epithets as ‘culture’, ‘liberal’, ‘progressive’, ‘broadminded’, etc.
361.  Lembede’s views struck a chord in me.  I, too, had been susceptible to paternalistic British colonialism and the appeal of being perceived by whites as ‘cultured’, and ‘progressive’.  I was already on my way to being drawn into the black elite that Britain sought to create in Africa.  That is what everyone from the regent to Mr Sidelsky had wanted for me.  But it was an illusion.  Like Lembede, I came to see the antidote as militant African nationalism.
362.  Lembede’s friend and partner was Peter Mda, better known as A.P. While Lembede tended to imprecision and was inclined to be verbose, Mda was controlled and exact. Lembede could be vague and mystical; Mda was specific and scientific.  Mda’s practicality was a perfect foil for Lembede’s idealism.
363.  Other young men were thinking along the same lines and we would all meet to discuss these ideas.  In addition to Lembede and Mda, these men included Walter Sisulu; Oliver Tambo; Dr Lionel Majombozi; Victor Mbobo, my former teacher at Healdltown; William Nkomo, a medical student who was a member of the [Communist Party]; Jordan Ngubane, a journalist from Natal who worked for Inkundla as well as Bantu World, the largest selling African newspaper, David Bopape, secretary of the ANC in the Transvaal and a member of the Communist Party and many others.  Many felt, perhaps unfairly, that the ANC as a whole had become the preserve of a tired, unmilitant, privileged African elite more concerned with protecting their own rights than those of the masses.  The general consensus was that some action must be taken, and Dr Majombozi proposed forming a Youth League as a way of lighting a fire under the leadership of the ANC.
364.  In 1943 a delegation including Lembede, Mda, Sisulu, Tambo, Nkomo and I went to see Dr Xuma, who was head of the ANC, at his rather grand house in Sophiatown.  Dr Xuma had a surgery at his home in addition to a small farm.  He had performed a great service to the ANC.  He had roused it from its slumbering state under Dr Seme, when the organization had shrunk in size and importance.  When he assumed the presidency, the ANC had 17s in 6d in its treasury, and he had boosted the amount to 4000 Pounds. He was admired by traditional leaders, had relationships with cabinet ministers and exuded a sense of security and confidence.  But he also carried himself with an air of superciliousness that did not befit the leader of a mass organization.  Devoted as he was to the ANC, his medical practice took precedence.  Xuma presided over the ea of delegations, deputations, letters and telegrams.  Everything was done in the English manner, the idea being that despite our disagreements we were all gentlemen.  He enjoyed the relationships he had formed with the white establishment and did not want to jeopardize them with political action.

365.  At our meeting, we told him that we intended to organize a Youth League and a campaign of action designed to mobilize mass support.  We had brought a copy of the draft constitution and manifesto with us.  We told Dr Xuma that the ANC was in danger of becoming marginalized unless it stirred itself and took up new methods.  Dr Xuma felt threatened by our delegation and strongly objected to a Youth League constitution.  He thought the league should be a more loosely organized group and act mainly as a recruiting committee for the ANC.  In a paternalistic way, Dr Xuma went on to tell us that Africans as a group were too unorganized and undisciplined to participate in a mass campaign and that such a campaign would be rash and dangerous.
366.  Shortly after the meeting with Dr Xuma, a provisional committee of the Youth League was formed under the leadership of William Nkomo.  The members of the committee journeyed to the ANC annual conference in Bloemfontein in December 1943, where they proposed the formation of a Youth League to help recruit new members to the organization.  The proposal was accepted.
367.  The actual formation of the Youth League took place on Easter Sunday 1944 at the Bantu Men’s Social Centre in Eloff Street.  There were about a hundred men there, some coming from as far away as Pretoria.  It was a select group, an elite group, a great number of us being Fort Hare graduates; we were far from a mass moment.  Lembede gave a lecture on the history of nations, a tour of the horizon from ancient Greece to medieval Europe to the age of colonization. He emphasized the historical achievements of Africa and Africans, and noted how foolish it was for whites to see themselves as a chosen people and an intrinsically superior race.

368.                        As Writer and Blogger, I refuse to extrapolate that, possibly that could have been the way too, Mr Walter Sisulu the maternal Tembu and illegitimate son of a European magistrate, moved from humble beginnings that were scoffed at by the settlers ...the product of lower status than edotyeni... and despised by the native) acquired the Soweto Property that Nelson Mandela brags as the place of his haunts for politics and pots
369.                        What I can confirm though is the fact, that soon after a tribalist Tembu con couple and murders, had acquired the property the had wantedts, Soweto legend goes, they would go to such a one as Walter Sisulu (an estate agent, Mr Mandela says Walter Sisulu was) to sell their current blood estate and move houses to a place where their “sibling status” is unknown, legitimately buy new property and resume their spouseship and in this trail of newly-found wealth by a tribalistic couple there is everything legally blood-curdling you can think of, among others: murder, theft, and money laundering.
370.                        Gauteng folklore has it that Mandelasque Tembu tribalism culturally has no respect whatsoever for non-Tembu life or property, the acquisition of which, whether legally or illegally, is regarded as the apex of intelligence on the part of the individual Tembu tribalist.
371.                        So, those who are tribalistic among these people even teach their young to take pride in stealing: with the proverb “Into Yomntu Ngeyako” (“You have every right in every way to take as yours what initially belongs to someboyd else”!).
372.                        There is even evidence that this folklore about an Eastern-Cape tribe or two is not mere idle township talk, for there is a book or two Goodman Manyanya Phiri first saw in exile relating to the “secret-society” nature of some elements in Mr Mandela’s tribe.  one of such books, whose title escapes me now, was written by respected South African Isanusi Credo Mutwa.
373.                        It is unfortunate I do not have a copy to quote but one of the more blood-curdling revelations in that book was a secret culture supposedly practised by those who are keen tribalists among a grouping intent on cementing tribal bonds and ruling out entry of outsiders, was the self-accessing of mother-in-law to a son-in-law for sexual just in case he loses interest in the wife in future he should wander within the tribe rather than to seek satisfaction from a woman who is not of this closely-bonded tribe.
374.                        Seeing that I am neither Mandela’s Tembu, nor a tribalist, I do not know how true these cultrual legends are about the Tembu and elements of tribalism in one or two members of its royality. ()

375.                        All I know is that Mr Mandela (now assisted by henchman Mr Jacob Zuma) has already stolen from me all my 35 years of freedom struggle through the string of victimization incidents of which the court actions are just mere parts, all in order to protect his own fellow tribesmen and very tribalistic Messrs Benson Mandindi and Monezi Gcilitshe (who banished my Tanzanian wife and children to Iringa to this day) on one hand; and on the other hand, Mandela Cousin Ntombizodwa Bobelo Zini who corruptly fornicated herself to promotion with disruptive racial conflict as a result.
376.                        I know too, from reading history that the 17th century Tembu King, and Mandela’s great-grand used to go around not only claiming land property as his own, but handing these to British settlers; and whenever British settlers were looking for slaves, they would, with the assistance of the Tembu king’s henchmen, hunt down the other tribes for such,  somethign which, as we know, started the northward wave of the Ngoni from South Africa through Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi and Tanzania .  The Tembu King’s collaboration with British racists is so legendary that even Shaka Zulu, (who wanted unity of all Africans and was, among others, in collaboration with both the Xhosa King and the Swazi Monarch King Sobhuza I) several times wagged a finger at Mr Mandela’s great-grandfather.  This is what caused the King of the Xhosas to hunt down the Tembus, kill them like wild animals. Mr Mandela writes blue lies when he claims that historically the Tembu and the Xhosa are one as from the 16th century because the attacks and pillaging of Tembu property as part and parcel of heroic Xhosa wars of resistance against the British, happened right into the 17th or even 18th century.  But Mr Mandela is correct is claiming in his propaganda: “I fought against white domination; and I fought against black domination”.  This is the code language he uses 1. To refer to the wars his ancenstor Ngubengcuka fought against other “blacks” in collaboration with the British.  2.  It is also a code reference to the ANC legacy of Zulu Pixley ka Isaka Seme that he stole and is prepared to go to the grave with while his relatives like Temba Templeton Matanzima and Ntombizodwa Bobelo-Zini are practising on us non-Tembu the self-same tribalism and collaboration with foreigners their ancestors Mandela and Ngubengcuka have been practising on fellow Africans down the centuries.
377.                        It is also the same reason why Zulu King Shaka Zulu targeted the Tembu and acquire their property he and his relatives like

380.  Before we conclude, but to return to anotehr point in the excerpt from “Long Walk to Freedom”:
381.  “Other young men were thinking along the same lines and we would all meet to discuss these ideas”
382.  There are four problems about this sentence.
383.                         It suggests either that Mr Mandela never had political ideas with women members of the ANC, definitely not young women his age.  And if he did, it suggests male chauvinism to disregard their ideas of dissatisfaction with Xuma yes-man leadership style.
384.                        It suggests that there is a Berlin Wall between young people and the more elderly.  The fact remains, though, that such ideas border on ageism which says: “because I am old or b because I am young therefore....”.  During the time of Xuma, just as the case is now with the time of Mr Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma, there is no age difference in the overwhelming judgment that the latter is not worth a second term as leader of our great ANC. Agreed, the youth like Malema will have more energy in fighting the man out of power, but, please, Mr Mandela: ideas never age with a man nor do they sprout only from youth.  It is a fallacy!  Hence Helen’s aversion that it was her father, Dr Pixley ka Isaka Seme, who came up with the idea, rather than your fictitious Majombozi, makes perfect sense!

385.                        Mr Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela clearly excludes himself from the [other young men who had an idea similar to that of Lembede to galvanize the anc].  Of course he is right in the sense that, Xuma being his fellow tribesman from the Transkei, and most probably the first ever ANC president to come from the Eastern-Cape despite Mr Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma’s blue henchman’s lies that ‘the home of the anc is the eastern cape’ was in many respect coming out of the Long Walk to Freedom, a hero and a family friend to Mandela (and we already know what high positions Mr Mandela puts relatives and family friends like the Temba Templeton Matanzimas and Bobelo-Zinis of 2012 to the extent of even victimizing non-Tembus like Phiri for them).

a.       So it makes perfect sense that Mr Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela was not part of that thinking, just as it makes nonsese of his averment that the idea of the youth league came from his fellow youth-leaguer, a probable fellow-Eastern-Caper Lionel Majombozi

386.                        Mr Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela brings in this statement for the reason to cover for the query, why he, who was not actively seized and convinced of the idea of forming the ANC Youth League, had to accompany the delegation to meet recalcitrant and “supercilous” Dr Xuma.  Mr Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela wants us to read his book and believe it was not important as to who went to Xuma.  But anybody who has been into the most basic of politics knows too well that delegates to negotiations are the soul and blood of political victories.  It becomes clear, therefore, that the only reason why Mr Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela was included in that delegation was umngenandlini or a means to gain access to Xuma’s home, seeing that Mr Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela was very close to the former.

387.                        Mr Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela knew this very well (that he was a tool for the likes of Anton Muziwake Lembede, hence his inclusion in the delegation) but 50 years down the line he turned the tables on them and pulled a masterpiece and tour de force after the assassination of Anton Muziwake Anton Muziwake Lembede (and the natural death of many others who were witnesses to the events), whose brainchild (rather than Majombozi’s), the formation of the ANC Youth League was.

388.                        With this statement, Mandela also covers for the glaring absence of his favourite Dr Lionel Majombozi from the the delegation.  If we are to believe Mr Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela’s bunkum still: “it did not matter who constituted the delegation” that went to xuma for the purpose of talking him into agreeing to a youth league!

a.       Therefore, if Helen Semeis to be believed, and I urge you as my reader to believe that woman living under heavy but undeclared sanctions by Mr Mandela,

b.        “Other young men were thinking along the same lines [of forming an ANC Yout League] and we would all meet to discuss these ideas”

c.        Should be translated to
d.      “Anton Muziwake Lembede did the bidding of Dr Pixley ka Isaka Seme’s idea for a youth league so well that every young man, including those like Mr Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela and Majombozi who were fellow-tribesmen to Xuma agreed that such a league should be formed”

390.                        HOW TO SAVE JULIUS MALEMA FROM GOD’S NINEVEH WHALE ON ANC CENTENARY
391.                        Mr Malema, the Youth League President of the ANC, and nobody else, holds the key to his own survival as of this moment.  Indeed, his fate may be sealed as I print this;  I have not been current with the news but the signals shriek: “Malema is a goner!”
392.                        However that does not change his fate even an iota!  He may well be inside the belly of the beast by now all right.  But he will not die in that belly.  In fact he is going to be coughed out in days and not even months, only if he, like the Biblical Jonah, finally succeeds to penetrate through his own thick skull a particular thing: God’s mission with him.

393.                        Maybe this post will bamboozle you, Mr Malema, since you seem to be hero-worshiping Mr Nelson Mandela.  As long as I still live, I am having another post soon in the pipeline to cure you of your subservience to a demi-deity called Mandela (since I do not understand why you seem to hold him above the ANC that founded Mandela, and not the other way round).

394.                        I don’t have time to educate you on this post, Mr Malema.  For now, I have just enough time to order you do something (nothing illegal, nothing blasphemous, and nothing you are unused to if you the African I imagine you to be).
395.                        First, I would not have advised you if I thought you are without courage.  So if you should be dying one of these good days, whether a political or a biological death indeed,
396.                        know that you did not die because the Lady Luck renowned for consortion with the brave deserted you.  Know that you did not die because no fellow-South African wanted to advice you;
397.                        JUST KNOW IT WITH THAT LAST BREATH-TAKING GASP OF YOURS THAT YOU ARE DYING FROM YOUR OWN STUPIDITY AND ARROGANCE IN NOT LISTENING TO OTHERS AND ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO HOLD YOUR IDEAS DEAR.  I will go to your political funeral (after your political death and not clinical, please, less I be accused of threatening you), but my conscience will be clear I did what I could do to put you right with the God who gave you a mission you misconstrued.
398.                        Remember, of course, that this world is not about the things and the people you see around it; but it has its own Master and Grand Designer who spares no kindness to those like Julius Malema entrusted, should they lose their focus.
399.                        Now read carefully here.  If you REALLY WANT TO SURVIVE AND TO SHOOT OUT OF THE MANDELASQUE BIG FISH THAT IS ABOUT TO LEAVE YOU EMACIATED TO A SHADOW OF YOUR OWN FAT SELF.
400.  Julius, Sonny! I hear you are driving a Range Rover or some other big and powerful MACHINE.
401.  Now, if you are genuine to the struggle of the people of this country, and not just another one of those impostors who go to artificial jailing processes only for the ticket to be called “ANC stalwarts” when they are in fact projected to further the interests of Africa’s nieu-colonialism by reactionary governments in the West, you have a task.
402.  First remember that the peoples of the West are with Africa and they wish to see Africa come out of her near-perpetual economic slavery.  And so it is not about the West as such; rather it is about some governments and administrations there who will work hand-in-hand with the aforementioned pseudo-revolutionaries “who have been to jail and through suffering in sacrifice for the ANC”.
403.  Enough about politics!
404.  Just take your expensive car and drive it like a madman without going beyond the speed limit there, or else someone will enjoy locking you up for a traffic infraction and the newspaper banners will go: “BIG FISH MALEMA SWIMS TOO FAST FOR OUR HIGHWAYS”.

405.  You do not want that, do you?  So, drive fast, but don’t fall foul!
406.  I know some people, half of them journalists who co-read this post with you, will follow you, to see your madness in taking “madder Phiri’s” advice.  Let them follow you and just don’t mind them, just do what I tell you here.

407.  Anyway, drive to Croesus Cemetery in Johannesburg’s Sophiatown and look for the grave of the man who inspired the formation of both the ANC and the ANC Youth League.
408.  Have a talk with Moroka (or “Itonga” in Zulu, which is the praisename of Phiri’s cousin (by affinity), Pixley ka Isaka Seme of whom you have only vaguely heard about.

409.  As soon as you are done with the talk, I promise, you will begin to see wonders!  And the whale that is currently busy munching you up will have no choice but to spit you out.

410.  If Dr Pixley ka Isaka Seme will not inspire you for political solutions to your problems with the Zuma whom we read is the one behind your imminent ouster, at least Seme will definitely advise you on your new farming venture.
411.  Know this: Dr Seme was not only a lawyer, but he was also an ardent commercial farmer who initiated cooperative farming right in the middle of white domination and settler colonialism, to a level that the current Jacob Zuma government has not even come to imagine possible to a supposely free society of the South Africa of 2012.
412.  You can read snippets of Mervyn Gumede when you have time for elucidation on my last point as Gumede goes very far even though still not on par with the reality that transpired in South Africa in the 1940 of the Youth League Formation and much earlier.
413.  Yet for now, eschew Gumede and elect to do what is immediately proper for your survival.  You are learning now from an experienced and very serial survivor, Mr Malema.  I mean, for 11 solid years now I am duckinng and dodging political enemies like so-called super-hero Mr Mandela and his blind followers, the likes of Mr Zuma and Mandela’s own multi-millionaire-like relative too many in Zuma’s state employ to victimize innocent South Africans for doing what is right: blowing the whistle on ongoing Mandelasque-relative-and-follower state-debilitating CORRUPTION under Mr Jacob Zuma and with his connivance!
414.  Now you Mr Malema, drive to Volksrust, if you will please take any advice in your trying times. Look for Daggakraal there.  It will not be easy to find.  I struggled a lot to find it.
415.  The road was, and probably still is, full of potholes with each of of them fit to swallow an elephant whole!  But I guess that is why Range Rovers were designed to be stronger than elephants!
416.  Your vehicle will easily climb out whole after each hole!.  Take two days off for the search as it definitely won’t be easy; but finally you will find the ruins of Dr Pixley Seme’s house there, not far from a God-fearing Mkholo Family, if they are still there and I remember them by name since the Mkholos are part of an ancient Tonga/Moroka clan from whom descend my mother Belinda, herself a Mavimbela-Mkholo.  It is another way, Mr Malema Sir, of talking to Seme if you should find talking to graves too offensive for your religious persuasions.
417.  Please note: Those who are destined to liberate the people of Zion or Azania (which are other names for South Africa and environs) cannot get their true inspirations from men (like Mandela) who have used their superior role in political struggle to amass themselves, their family members and their fellow-tribesmen and –women otherwise inexplicably-attained fabulous wealth.  These characters cannot inspire you Malema while the very people Seme wanted to liberate still live in the grinding poverty of his grave, the forlornness of his ruins, and the impecuniosities your own mother, Mr Malema, went to the grave under!
418.  Even Dr Pixley Seme’s only surviving child, lives in equal poverty as your mother lived and died, despite the fact that to drum up support fore re-election say come December this year, people like Mr Zuma have dragged Seme’s daughter to the current Centenary Function.
419.  Please visit that woman if you find talking to a dead Seme is not you thing.  Unlike the father, Daughter Helen Seme is alived.
420.  She lives in a god-forsaken four-roomed house in Ulundi, KwaZulu-Natal. Wake up, Malema! Or else your grave will not only be early, but it will be turned a receptacle for the spittle for the imperialists whose mouths are not only watering for our gold, platinum, uranium and you name it, BUT THEIR POCKETS ARE ALREADY BULGING WITH THEIR PUPPETS WHO MAY WELL BE MEMBERS OF YOUR ANC!
421.  THE CIVILLY-POPULATED SOUTH AFRICA IS AS OLD AS THE HILLS

422.  Remember this, Mr Malema, 250 000 years ago (that is a quarter of a million) and very long before human beings were known to be civilized enough to have societies, let alone technology for mining, but there was still mining going on in present-day South Africa.
423.  Some smart beings, pretty much like us modern man, were scouring this portion of the earth for mineral deposits, archaelogy shows.  As to what happened to those beings that were doing mining here in South Africa so far back in the history of life on earth no one as yet knows!
424.  As to what happened to the product of their mining, no one as yet knows!
425.  As to who they exactly were, no one as yet knows!  Yet disappear totally with their history and technologies, they did disappeared.

426.  If you wonder, Mr Malema, the moral of this South African history in truly hoary antiquity: You, Mr Malema, do not get too fond of South African gold or else you will disappear together with them that are our modern pseudo-leaders!
427.  You know very well our sham leaders are stuck with issues of gold forgetting the gold in the human spirit of Julius Malema or Manyanya Phiri.
428.  Of course,if our God be alive, our plastic leaders currently hijacking the ANC are destined for a painful disappearance starting with this year 2012.  But that cannot happem, Mr Malema, if we also choose to worship, rather than to merely exploit, their lifestyles!
429.  Minerals of South Africa have a way of becoming a curse to whomsoever ti stoo greedy for them.  I believe this is all because this South Africa is God’s real holy land.  This is where the Garden of Eden stood in those first seven days of The Creation.  That Creation was not completed in its entirety in those 7 days of the Big Bang.
430.  You are just one more hinge in that entire process, Mr Malema.  You either now perform, AND PERFORM PROPERLY. Or of course you buckle and crumble under the weight of spiritual poverty, which is your only real enemy right now.
431.  In that case you will be thrown into your polical grave with great speed where nobody will bother about what you stood for.  And because of YOU (and definitely not because of Zuma or Mandela), South Africa will sink further into a modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah when she was supposed to be God’s choicest land!.
432.  And South Africa You

433.  Used to be here              Zuma has unfortunately become President of the aforesaid Republic not without horrifying constitutional controversies in both the process and the attainment of such process for him to become State President of he Republic of South Africa!
434.  Among the greatest achievements of Mr Jacob Zuma, is the notoriety he has made himself via the vulgarity and condecendence with which he engages the South African society.  There are even suggestions flying around to the effect that these societal intercourses the man has conducted as “The highest executive officer of a modern republic, as the Chief Executive of the United States” (page 1530, third column, hard copy of Random House Webster’s Unabridged Dictionary, Second Edition from Random House, New York).
435.  If the latter suggestion is true, it goes to explain why courts are all around the man, reversing or that decision he has ever tried to make as head of state.  But if it is only a lazy averment by Zuma’s political opponent, then, Mr Zuma’s fellow officer, Lieutenant Colonel Goodman Manyanya Phiri is must with the following story be ranked a pioneer in showing the levels Mr Zuma can sink in breaking the constitution of South Africa in order to settle scores with an individual  (Phiri) who has come out for the past 25 years to fight individual Tembu tribalism, pioneered by Zumas demigod Nelson Mandela and his relatives like one Temba Templeton Matanzima and Ntombizodwa Bobelo-Zini (self-confessed relative).
436.  I define tribalism as the abuse of state power to unconstitutionally advance tribal interests of the current state president or his freinds and allies who may not necessarily be of the President’s tribe (as is the case with Jacob Zuma, a supposed Zulu; and Mandela, a Tembu whose relatives are all over the show lording it over innocent South African citizens, often breaking the law in the process without the right of citizens to blow the whistle on them).
437.  Again, if Phiri’s case is not the first one to be handled by Zuma with wanton regard to consitutional rights of citizens, I beg today to be admitted as the one guy (in capacity as state employee and civil servant) has borne the brunt of these so-called Zuma’s anti-constitutional engagements with South African society.
438.  As such, Blogger Mr Goodman Manyanya Phiri feels indebted to the readership of this blog (who include South Africa’s security personnel) to fully identify Blogger’s own ethnicity and ideology just as he identifies Jacob Zuma’s.

439.                        QUERY CONCLUSION

440.                        JULIUS MALEMA’S DICTATORIAL JACOB ZUMA FORCED TO RESPOND TO JUSTICE MOGOENG MOGOENG' COURTS
441.                        DICTATOR JACOB ZUMA AND VICTIM JULIUS MALEMA FOR JUSTICE MOGOENG MOGOENG'S COURTS

442.                        WHY JULIUS MALEMA WAS RIGHT TO MAKE DICTATOR SHOES FOR JACOB ZUMA: JUSTICE MOGOENG MOGOENG

443.                        I don’t seem to get peace of concluding my life in peace.

444.                        My design was to leave a legacy for my children; they have got to at least know who their relatives are when I’m gone; who their foes and friends are.

445.                        However, as I look ahead from this auspicious day of March 21st 2012, I can prophetically foresee the struggle of Mr Jacob Zuma against Mr Julius Malema heading for the courts.

446.                        Now I’ve used the example of Constitutional Court Chief Justice, Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng more as an example of the judicial system of South Africa rather factuality that cases between the two most prominent politicians (Zuma and Malema) will necessarily go to the Concourt.

447.                        I make no secret though of the fact, that Goodman Manyanya Phiri (the victim of Zuma’s racist or Nguni-tribal dictatorship long before even the victimization of Julius Malema who will be summarily suspended for on 04 April 2012 for correctly calling Mr Jacob Zuma a dictatror and a suspensnion just when more provinces of South Africa prepare to emulate the example of Polokwane, and vote out lackeys of tribal and non-constitutional Zuma) HAS GOT A CASE WITH Constitutional Court Chief Justice, Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng’s constitutional which unfortunately should be frozen until our dictator Zuma releases funds for Civil Servant Phiri to fight workplace Zuma tribalism in protecting a woman called Ntombizodwa who because her names sounds like many Zulu name, Dictator Mr Jacob Zuma is chasing Phiri around with guns when he leads other whistleblowers in pointing out that Zuma’s fellow-tribeswoman moved from being a mere army major to becoming a “general” trhough fornication back in December 2000 with a lascivious senior by the name of Raymond Lentsoe.
448.                        If it is not dictatorship to look at citizens of South Africa by race and tribe when you are supposed to be a constitutional president. THEN I DO NOT KNOW WHAT DICTATORSHIP IS.
*****************************************************
449.                        IN this lengthy post I plan to do a lot of things, Chief of which is a plea to Constitutional Court Chief Justice, Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng, my current toast of blogposts, because only he can conscientize judges not to repeat the mistake of Judge Tuchten who falsely adjudged Phiri’s case in his hearing as [kindergarten stuff in comparison with cases of bank robbery] and subsequently gave Dictator Mr Jacob Zuma an unfair advantage to continue persecuting me through the courts.  I am particularly happy that the Justice has encouraged judges to also study religious persuasions like Christianity.  It is going to go a long way towards making judges understand those of us like Goodman Manyanya Phiri or Julius Sello Malema, men and women who are driven by conscience (and not the greed to rob banks or get ANC presidency by hook or crook) to be treated with the same respects by judges like Tuchten and Southwood, without trivializing our cases as was the case with Phiri some two years ago.

450.                        CONCLUDE WITH NGOEPE AMONG ALL TALK ABOUT JUDGES

Justice In the Lion’s Den, Justice Mogoeng RE: Goodman Manyanya Phiri and Julius Malema
The end of God nigh for South Africa, Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng?
451.                        Jjjjj
453.
454.
455.                        Well, I do no believe so, Jusistice.  And that is the reason I am still writing, despite Julius Malema’s and Goodman Manyanya Phiri’s darkest hour at the hands of one man: Mr Jacob Zuma.  Malema would be a fool not to appeal to the highest court, Your Court, Justice Mogoeng, against what befalls him come 17 April 2012.  As you know, Justice Mogoeng, I Goodman Manyanya Phiri have appealed to your court, but Mr Jacob Zuma, the abuser of our democracy pro-idolatry, corruption, sex-for-promotion and black racism (i.e. Mandela’s Tembu tribalism and Zumaphoid Zulu tribalism) has plainly, if unconstitutionally, refused to pay lawyers for my case even though I am full-blown civil servant.  In that respect, I am awaiting the public protector to come to my rescue and enforce South Africa’s constitutional rule of law and force that so-called 100%-Zuluman to pay for my court fees just as his fees were also also paid for by the state when he was charged for corruption
456.
457.                        Phumi, you are my kind of reasoner. Agreed, Malema may be one distasteful character to many (just like Jacob Zuma was during the Mbeki era, what with his rape and graft accusations biting his pants all that time). Yet we defended 100%-Zulu Zuma's right to have a fair trial, and Zuma used some 12MillionRand of taxpayer money to clear his name VIA LAWYERS.  Why must the rules now change for Pedi-speaking Julius Malema even though it's an "ANC internal matter"? Or rules of legal representation only apply to Ngunis and some toadying former settlers who fear losing a farm to Malema's ideology? Does Zuma want to take the ANC to the pre-Dark Ages he and his tribal cronies (pro-Zuma-fellow-Nguni-Mandela’s Eastern-Cape regionalism) where treating comrades in exile camps like Dakawa where for example Comrade Goodman Manyanya Phiri, a housefather,  was, without the presence of any lawyer, falsely charged and The Prosecutor was one “Comrade” Mary Ngozi whose husband came from the Eastern Cape;  The State Witness was one “Comrade” Mary Ngozi whose husband came from the Eastern Cape; and the Judge (who naturally came with a guilty-finding against the Swazi Shabangu) was ALSO THE SELF-SAME  “Comrade” Mary Ngozi whose husband came from the Eastern Cape? HAS MR MAKHURA EVER HEARD ABOUT ANC FOUNDER DR PIXLEY KA ISAKA SEME? AND THE FACT THAT HE HELD A DOCTORATE IN LAW? So why ban a professional practice from an organization founded by the self-same profession, Khurrie? http://goodmanmanyanyaphiri.blogspot.com/2011/03/what-was-lindiwe-sisulus-university-in.html
458.
459.
460.                        Amazing just how Mr Jacob Zuma is reverting to the tribal-apartheid and very illegal style he and his fellow Nguni tribalists pro-Mandelasque-Eastern-Cape were running camps of exile like Dakawa, Morogoro, in at least the United Republic of Tanzania in the mid-80s, where the first attempt by the tribalists were made against my life...please confirm my statement via Truth and Reconciliation-TRC Records on “Goodman Manyanya Phiri Case No. JB04241/01GTSOW (among other literary sources hinting on the case is Volume 2, Chapter 4, page 374 of the TRC Preliminary Report)”.  You can, as reader, also go on Google and search for the words “Goodman Manyanya Phiri” to find my blog post on how, if we were still in exile, Julius Malema would have been long extra judicially finished.  Here is the procedure: the Zumaphoids would put you through a sham prosecution procedure mostly conducted by the Zuma foot soldiers better known as ‘Mbokodo’ half of whom were confirmed serial rapists and murderers of their own comrades.  They would summarily find you guilty on the whim of that Zumaphoid tribal gendarmerie pro-Mandelasque-Nguni Eastern Cape. Comrade Goodman Manyanya Phiri, for example (“a son of some prominent priest in South Africa”) was assassinated after an unfair camp trial without any lawyers where the state witness, one Mary Ngozi, was also the prosecutor and even also the judge”.  High time we stopped this megalomaniac; for how on earth can you ban insurances for fairness as only lawyers can bring to any case?  Rather than banning lawyers, you idiots, pay for those members of the ANC that cannot afford lawyers.  You seem to be ignorant that the man who founded the our ANC brandished not “umshiniwami”, but a goddamit DOCTORATE DEGREE IN LAW for f-sake, law stripes attained at Oxford University (among other universities in both Britain and America . Jeepers! How a hundred-year-old and very great ANC of a highly-educated Dr Pixley ka-Isaka Seme [by affinity Second Maternal Cousin Removed to Blogger and Writer Goodman Manyanya Phiri] ka Isaka Seme has landed into the hands of relatively unschooled individuals like Mandela and Zuma, instead Seme’s pan-Africanism, full of the very Nguni tribalism (pro-Xhosa-speaking Mandelasque Tembu and henchman Zuma handful of opportunistic Zulus), the very canker Seme founded the ANC for in order that Julius Malema should not be ostracized for the sole reason that he is Pedi.

486.  I fail to understand...little education maybe...?  Mr Jacob Zuma will not learn fresh political lessons from his recently-deceased friend Colonel Gaddafi of Libya.  The lesson is: Msholozi, if you rule people by the kind of threats your are making, promising them lots of suffering like you've made Civil-Servant Goodman Manyanya Phiri suffer with a suspension at gunpoint (http://goodmanmanyanyaphiri.blogspot.com/2011/04/matanzima-searches-and-seizes-phiris.html) for reporting corruption at work by a presidential relative under your watch , the people will end up putting a knife (like they did to Gaddafi) into some private organs you wouldn't like knifed (http://www.sammyboy.com/showthread.php?103610-Gaddafi-was-sodomised-with-a-knife-before-he-was-shot)... So please, leave our ANC by December 2012 Old Man for we are tired of you and your violent cronies.  I suspect the recent very intimidatory provincial elections in Mpumalanga has gotten too much into your head now.  Why don't you wait for the fat lady to sing first?http://ninaewapenda.blogspot.com/2012/01/married-jacob-zuma-wanted-to-have-sex.html
