LET PHIRI-ORGAN-BRAIN AND NOT PHIRI-ORGAN-PENIS BE THE ROLE MODEL FOR SOUTH AFRICA'S YOUTH, MR JACOB ZUMA SIR!
I am still struggling to understand myself; with one of the
conundrums being the inspirations I get.
One of such inspirations involved Maxwell Nemadzivhanani (a
bright fellow who I had the opportunity to interview at a Dar es-Salaam hotel
albeit between his Vaseline-self-smearing and his pistol-shifting).
I had had to approach an ordinarily-busy man (Nemadzivhanani)
early in the morning or else he would be too gone for an interview.
Interestingly, this interview which I (under the name of ‘Mordecai
King and Presenter of the Voice of the Pan Africanist Congress of Azania and
its Military Wing The Azanian People’s Liberation Army-APLA’) put on-air turned
out as about the best interview I had ever held with a politician.
My Broadcast-Journalist tutor Me Eda Sanga praised me for
it; and a Colleague at the Tanzania School of Journalism (the late Iddi Rachid Mchatta)
marked Nemadzivhanani as his most intelligent political interview ever listened
too on radio.
My memory tells me Nemadzivhanani was correctly pointing out
on the importance of charting a sensible constitution for the Republic of South
Africa, rather than dwelling on party hegemony where the erstwhile ruling party
(National Party) and the African National Congress-ANC were holding sway to the
anguish of Nemadzivhanani’s PAC party.
It is also common cause that Nemadzivhanani later moved political house
from the PAC to the ANC; and if Jacob Zuma is anybody to go by, the contact
between a penis and a woman’s body is nothing to write home about (if the
allegations against Nemadzivhanani are anything to go by).
Whether found guilty or not; I wish Nemadzivhanani well. He was
one of my senior in the Pan Africanist Congress of Azania who helped me fathom
the power of the human mind whether Venda (Nemadzivhanani’s ethnic group among other
Africans), European, American or whatever other ‘race’ you choose if you want
to think of humans as belonging to different races,.
It is these 1980s memories that haunt when I hear
allegations of Nemadzivhanani’s rape accusations.
However,let us face some facts:
With South Africa being fairly or unfairly ranked among the
world’s rape capitals, there are two rules any sober-minded person should hold
in mind if resident in South Africa:
1.
Do not
allow young girls next to where you live if you are male and are not related to
them
2.
Understand that the vagina rules the world even
though one cannot see it with his/her own eyes through the material world. IN OTHER WORDS: RESPECT ALL WOMEN FROM AGE ZERO
TO AGE 120 BECAUSE WOMEN ARE GOD’S PLAN
FOR THE PROPAGATION OF THE MOST ADVANCEED SPECIES IN THE UNIVERSE: HOMO
SAPIENS!

Johannesburg - An ANC member of the Limpopo legislature,
Maxwell Nemadzivhanani, has been arrested and charged with rape after a teenage
girl complained to the police.
He appeared in the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court on
Wednesday.
The 19-year-old alleged victim is from Malamulele, about
170km from Polokwane.
Police say she arrived in Polokwane to meet Nemadzivhanani,
who had allegedly promised her a job.
“He met her in Polokwane on Sunday and he took her to the
lodge, where the alleged rape took
place,” said Limpopo police spokesman Brigadier Hangwani Mulaudzi.
The Star understands that this happened at Zororo Lodge,
outside Polokwane.
Mulaudzi said the teenager had opened the case and
Nemadzivhanani was arrested at his home on
Monday.
In court on Wednesday, the former PAC secretary-general
appeared apprehensive in the dock.
The State and his lawyer, Mashile Mokono, agreed that
magistrate Janine Ungerer postpone the case to tomorrow for a formal bail
application.
As he returned to the holding cells, Nemadzivhanani nodded
to acknowledge the presence of Miriam Ramadwa and Patricia Mahlo, his fellow
MPLs, in the court gallery.
Jan Tsiane, the ANC chief whip in the legislature, later
said the party caucus had yet to discuss the matter.
He said the MPL remained innocent until proved otherwise,
but emphasised that the party viewed the allegations in a serious light.
Nemadzivhanani is chairman of the legislature’s portfolio
committee on public works.
He joined the ANC in 2004 after having served as the only
MPL from the PAC.
He is the second prominent figure to be accused of rape at a
lodge.
In 2010, Philip Mbofana, former head coach of Dynamos FC,
was arrested after a woman accused him of raping her at the Golden Pillows
Hotel in Polokwane.
The matter is still before court, said police spokeswoman
Lieutenant-Colonel Ronel Otto.
Mokono said the State wanted to keep Nemadzivhanani in
custody for the next seven days in order to profile him.
“I said I was ready to proceed with a bail application
[Wednesday], but the State said it wanted to profile him,” said Mokono.
Profiling includes checking if the accused person has
pending cases or previous convictions. The State also had to verify Nemadzivhanani’s
personal details.
But Mokono said he had persuaded the State to arrange a
formal bail application on Friday.
No ANC leader was present in court except the two MPLs.
Nemadzivhanani was formally charged but was not asked to
plead.
