MY THEORETICAL AND THEOLOGICAL MONTH MARCH 2012

(AN ANTI-RACISM ANTI-TRIBALISM POST...)

Today is for me theoretically and ecumenically still March 21, 2012.  Therefore, I am still buoyed (even religiously so elated) by the statements emanating from the Public Protector’s Office in South Africa.

Statements coming from the Public Protector’s still impress me just as long as them high-ranking officials of the institution are not to be as concussed by fear as Mkansi of Mpumalanga is bound to be 07 April 2012!

For that matter, I still brandish the Public Protector’s letter where the Office points out (complete with quotations from the national constitution) to me that Mr Jacob Zuma’s office as the President of our Constitutional Democracy has a duty to pay legal fees for Phiri at the Higher Courts where Zuma’s own pro-Nguni-tribal-persecution case against Phiri has reached.

In spite of that Public Protector’s injunction in my favour, Zuma shoves back to both myself and the office of the Public protector a crass refusal to pay those fees and to refund Phiri the money spent to this day from my own pocket.  March last year, Zuma sent six heavily-armed soldiers to my house in Lyttelton patently with the aim of killing me at the pretext “Phiri resisted” a certain Judge George Webster’s authorization for an Anton Piller against Phiri, which was not the case as the honourable judge in fact refused Zuma the Anton Piller.  In the murderously extra-judicial style Mr Jacob Zuma a sign that non-Xhosa-speakers who opposed camp racism/tribalism should be cruelly murdered by hoodlums in high office like Robert Mance and Stanley Mabizela (both apparent Eastern-Capers like Mandela), Zuma went ahead with an anti-Phiri Anton Piller executed by SANDF military policemen who were not in uniform which, once again, was against the law of the Republic because soldiers are at all times by law supposed to wear uniform when executing a task.  But then again, Zuma was of course breaking the law by spiting a Judge’s order to the contrary of his action; and if they had found me home they would have shot me dead and disappeared and nobody would have known who killed.  And, that is the face of present-day Mandelasque Xhosa Racism in South Africa being conducted by Mandela’s robot (Zuma)  exactly as it used to happen in Dakawa, Mazimbu and the Office of Eastern-Caper Stanley Mabizela in the City of Dar es-Salaam (all places in Tanzania).

On return to work a few days later to inquire why I was hounded by six heavily-armed soldiers in mufti, Zuma subsequently removed Lieutenant Colonel Goodman Manyanya Phiri from work and essentially caused me to be bundled with my young family (youngest member being a sickly four-month-old Tamara then) in an impoverished shack in Mamelodi with the order I must never set foot at my own workplace again, all in Zuma’s defence of a fellow tribeswoman who normalized fornication for promotion in Zuma’s government as early as 2001 when Zuma was deputizing his fellow-Nguni, Thabo Mbeki.

The question then arises: Are promises of South Africa’s Public Protector empty promises?

At my own peril, I will for sure return to the offices of the Public Protector shortly to make them good on their word.

I mean: it is all right for Politician Mr Jacob Zuma to make high-sounding words on Human Rights Day and a few weeks later gag Julius Malema even on holy days when we remember the persecution of another Malema in Jesus of a two-thousand years ago.
NEVERTHELESS, IT WOULD BE UNACCEPTABLY DISASTROUS FOR THE South African NATION TO HAVE CONSTITUTIONAL CHAPTER-NINE INSTITUTIONS LIKE THE PUBLIC PROTECTOR’S OFFICE PLAYING POLITICS.

Yes, indeed, I am still writing theoretically on the 21st of March.  Yet, like the poet, and even the “prophet”, I cast mine eyes onto the Mountains for my God.  It is the mountan-sized faith in Easter and Passover (April 6-9, 2012), when Mr Jacob Zuma the ruler of the modern-day Babylon he has turned our beloved South Africa into, will be moving on to crush with his boot yet another son of the original “black” Jews, one Julius Sello Malema.

On that Easter, the Crucifixion and the Passover, We will be awaiting God’s promised miracle to save Julius Malema from Mr Jacob Zuma the idolater.  I personally will be buoyed by the courage of Christians and possibly other religious groupings of particularly Soweto and the Eastern Cape, the town of Butterworth in particular, for showing us that they are true believers in God, the God whom we’ve known to be a perpetual supporter of the Underdog Malema and a suppressor of the top dog, Zuma.

However, maybe it will be more sobering for both you and me (even before we pray to God) to look into the most glaring of Julius Sello Malema’s shortcomings.  We could do that for one purpose only: that Malema must not only join us in what for him would be a spoon-fed ideological introspection…he is still political youngster remember...?, but that he must learn from that look into his own heart and remedy those intellectual weaknesses on his part, and remedy them with speed!  Otherwise, when he opens his eyes come January 2013, Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma will still be THE UNCONTESTED LEADER OF THE ANC.

A sample of the ideological asininities from Julius Malema, tabulated:

1.       JULIUS MALEMA:  “[I will not take the ANC to court]”

For goodness! Go ahead, and take Mr Jacob Zuma and his henchmen to court and you are bound to win because the constitution of any country never stops by the doorstep of home, private organization or political organizations!

I mean, if Luthuli House’s freedom of association via the ANC constitution comprises (if in the hands of Jacob Zuma) a suppuration and an abuse against its own member Malema who primarily is a citizen of South Africa (before being ANC members) for sure you can take Zuma to court! TAKING ZUMA TO COURT OVER THE ABUSE HE MAY HAVE COMMITTED AGAINST YOU PER PRETEXT OF THE ANC CONSTITUTION IS NOT LIKE YOU ARE TAKING THE ANC TO COURT!

The ability to move out of private institutions for which we are voluntary members and seek justice in South Africa’s judicial system, to break it down for you, Mr. Malema, is by the way the very reason it is illegal for any head of family to smoke in his or her own house where there are children, for example.  And the child has a right to approach even the highest court in the land to challenge a parent who does that!  But that would not be regarded as if the child is fighting his own home in court…no… the child is fighting an abuse of power by an individual in that household!

2.       JULIUS MALEMA: “[Mr Nelson Mandela never had a dustbin for comrades, dustbins being novelties of Thabo Mbeki and Mr Jacob Zuma].”

Nothing can be further from the truth! If you did not know it, Sir Malema, then you must know this as from today: Mr Nelson Mandela threw ANC Founder Dr Pixley ka Isaka Seme into the Dirty Box and redefined himself as the pioneer of the existing ANC.

In fact, you cannot look at Natalian Mr Jacob Zuma without looking at the Eastern-Caper (Mandela) who for ten years groomed the former on Robben Island Prison, and later successfully recommended to his fellow-Eastern-Capers like Oliver Tambo (an erstwhile exile in London or Lusaka) to give a high position (ANC Intelligence Chief) to his finished indoctrination job called Zuma.

Nelson Mandela was thereby stroking Zuma’s ignorant ego that he was a most intelligent Natalian to be that high without any formal education!  And that is why, to this day, Zuma swears by Mandela.  Furthermore he patently believes what succeeded in exile to sign off the destruction of lives of non-Xhosa at the behest Mandelasque Xhosa racists will work even today in a free South Africa.  Mandelasque Xhosa racists will never allow the taking of ‘their’ ANC by a Pedi Malema without a fight to the finish.  And you think you are at war with Zuma when he is doing the bidding of regionalists or tribalists of the Eastern Cape in an ideology surreptitiously started chiefly by Nelson Mandela in 1940s.

Those then, are the two most serious stupidities of this political boy, Malema (but equally stupid, are the youngsters who follow him basically in all the provinces of the Republic of South Africa.  I, Goodman Manyanya Phiri, am also stupid.  Because I follow and support Malema his ideological superficiality for Mandela-caused current black racism and tribalism in South Africa notwithstanding!

THE STUPIDITY OF MALEMA IS THE STUPIDITY OF GOD

You know a famous verse in the Bible that cautions the calling of others names like ‘stupid’.  The Holy Writ says the epithet points back to Malema’s Maker.

So follow me in that logic in conjunction with another scriptural pearl of wisdom:

“[God works in mysterious ways, His wonders to perform]”.

In fact, God has from history immemorial used stupid individuals to lead great nations.

Not so long ago, in the history of humankind, a murderer who could not even finish a sentence in trying to make his own logic clear...at least Malema is crystal clear in his ideological shallowness...yes, that murderer of God’s a few millennia ago (a guy called Moses) was quite nasty, truly a disagreeable fellow who did all the disagreeable things you could imagine.

Despite upbringing in a royal house, he remained a bumpkin and even a believer in witchcraft, which many of his so-called miracles were.

There is even evidence that Moses was even a schizophrenic.  Yet, that very far cry from Julius Malema, that Moses, was God’s choice for leading the people through two kilometre-high walls of seawater, crossing to Canaan, the Land of Milk and Honey!

There are many political stakeholders in South Africa, who, I wish, could read this post of mine very slowly, among whom are the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court; and Chapter-nine institutions, like the Public Protector currently led by Advocate Thuli Madonsela.

Indeed if as a nation we already are, Julius Malema in the leadership (with Mr Jacob Zuma the Pharaoh in hot pursuit) willy-nilly busy crossing the Red Sea, let us now clearly understand what the two walls of seawater are for us.

One wall is for me: THE STURDINESS OF OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM AND THE VIRILITY OF OUR CHAPTER NINE INSTITUTIONS LIKE THE PUBLIC PROTECTOR’S OFFICE.

The other wall is for ORDINARY SOUTH AFRICANS TO STAND UP FOR JUSTICE WITH EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US IN OUR SMALL OR BIG WAYS!

THE RED SEA OF THE CROSSING HORDES OF ZION/AZANIA

In my definition of the two walls of Red-Sea water with Israelites cross between them, I nearly forgot or even went too indolent to belabour any definition of the Red-Sea itself surrounding us at this very moment of Jacob Zuma’s mismanagement of South Africa!

Now, I am mending my ways in the following fashion.

The sovereignty of a nation like our beautiful South Africa is assured by our borderline and is enshrined in the paperwork of the United Nations.  But it is foolish to think the UN will do the job of sovereignty and self-determination for us South African; nor will our borderline do such BECAUSE BOTH OF THEM NAMED ABOVE ARE ONLY SYMBOLS TO OUR SOVEREGNITY.

So, where exactly is our sovereignty, you ask.  What is sovereignty in fact?

I hate the English Dictionary when I write because then I lose my flow.  And so, I declare: if sovereignty of a nation like South Africa is not circumscribed by her borderline; then, that self-determination is a function of the intellectual maturity of each individual South African, particularly of those persons behind the offices of  Public Protector and Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, with all their sense of a selflessness laced with the zealot’s observance to ethics and professionalism!

We can no more blame Mr Jacob Zuma for the shame of racial and xenophobic attitudes (pro-Mandela’s idea of racial superiority for his fellow-Xhosa-speaking black Eastern-Capers); not any more than we can blame Pharaoh (a biblical bastardization of “Phiri”) for chasing the escaping Israelites into the Red Sea!

We cannot blame anybody because 2012 South Africa is in the middle of a phenomenon; it is the unfolding of a beautiful story of a stupid God, if you followed my mental thread on some of the opening paragraphs of this post inspired by that famous verse in the Bible! [Don’t call Malema stupid for then God shall have to be stupid too].

HAVE I SUCCEEDED TO DEFINE SOUTH AFRICA'S RED SEA YET?

One of the challenges of a writer like me (I guess I can claim to be a writer seeing that my tutor one Canadian Mrs Jacqueline Kovacks used to refer to me that way in her journalism class that subsequently produced consummate writers like my erstwhile classmate Mrs Lindiwe Mafike-Tshongweni who to this day says she is impressed with the way I put my ideas across) is “how to allow the reader of my post the joy of filling the missing spaces, completing the jigsaw puzzle for himself or herself”?

However, the problem is: what if the reader has not succeeded?  I mean, looking forward to a futuristic Thursday August 23 in 2012, my 22-month daughter Tamara only learnt for the very first time just how to LOOP two of her 26-piece wooden rabbit of a jigsaw puzzle!

So, forgive me if I will meander on (and oversimply) my own analysis of our Red Sea here.  But you will recall my suggestion above that country borders and United Nations Conventions are totally meaningless to a people that has lost their sense (and I hope we still have a lot of sense as a South African people).

Let us for a moment suppose we do not have sense? What, then?

The multitudes of Zion/Azania crossing the Red Sea will drown in a geopolitical and very unexpected intervention in affairs of not only South Africa but the entire Southern Africa as Super-Powers like the USA, China or Europe come marching in to help us stabilize our sovereignty lost from our heads. And I am sure you remember what happened to Libya so recently, right? It may therefore help you, My Tamara, to look at the entire world as The Red Sea for the South African Nation under power-abusive Jacob Zuma of 2012.

If we cannot work like a strong nation made up of strong individuals, we will be like Afghanistan, Iraq and you name all these countries where the super-powers came in to dictate who must rule them and how!

Just as you cannot blame the Red Sea for taking its space when the chasm created by the Mosaic stick on the  two aquatic walls collapses on crossing Israelites  rather than on the Egyptian hordes in hot pursuit for the independence of our judiciary and the vibrancy of our constitutional freedoms so hardly fought for by our ancestors, us South Africans or any nationalities with a similar predicament for that matter, cannot blame America for such “policeman habits” (if it is the USA that takes the initiative of coming down to South Africa to stave off the racial-superiority chaos that is bound to erupt one day in these shores if characters like Mr Jacob Zuma are perpetually allowed to sow on right in our midst and under our noses all in the name of Zuma Presidency to Dr Pixley Seme-Founded ANC which nonetheless is today forced by a few powerful racist Xhosa-speakers and their thoroughly-brainwashed Zuma to deify Nelson Mandela and to condone the Eastern-Cape tribalism that goes with cult of the Mandela personality).

America, China or any other superpower for that matter, will have no choice but to come over because, as scientists seem to be suggesting, “MATTER ABHORS SPACE”; The Red Sea has to remain level; And the world as one Village has to stay stable!

Unfortunately, that is the very thing that tribal or racial dictators like Jacob Zuma will never understand which is:

“You are trampling on the constitutional rights of even one South African Citizen you are trampling on the constitutional rights of one World Citizen!

MY INTELLECTUAL RIVER TO MEANDER BACK FROM THE RED SEA

Now that you have undoubtedly seen my Red Sea in all its vastness, what you are about to henceforth read are just a few excerpts from a lot of my writings in relation to post-1994 South Africa, with my personal experiences and persecutions at the hands of Jacob Zuma colouring most of it.

Be apprised, I come not as a claimant to some weird title like ‘best analyst of present-day South African politics’: there will be professors aplenty who would do that a lot better on the South African Broadcasting Corporation.

Yet I shall remain unabashed in claiming I am your best believer in my own conscience; and a belief premised on the principle that “everybody’s constitutional rights must be protected and their views tolerated; and nobody should be victimized by government in a democratic South Africa just for thinking differently or for identifying a national canker like Mandelasque-Xhosa tribalism just because those in clover like Zuluman Zuma refuse to identify it”.

It is that very belief of mine in constitutional freedoms for individual (which I imagine I share with most thinking fellow South Africans) that some four years ago saw me supporting a married man who was not only sleeping around with women who were not only not part of his many wives, but was a man who even knowingly threatened with possible HIV cross-infection a Woman Nomakwezi Fezeka Kuzwayo who was worse of all, a friend’s daughter.

It is this very belief of mine in constitutional freedoms for the individual (which I share with thinking fellow South Africans) that caused me to support a man suspected of stealing government money together with fraudster Schabir Schaik.

It is that self-same belief, which I hopefully share with most thinking fellow South Africans that causes me today to support Julius Malema!

The young man's suspected “crimes” cannot by any stretch of the imagination be suddenly bigger than those of aforementioned Jacob Zuma.j

Malema’s ‘crimes’ cannot be suddenly gargantuan just because he correctly repeats what is written in our Great Freedom Charter as ANC supporters: ‘THE PEOPLE [MUST] SHARE IN THE COUNTRY’S WEALTH’
